    Me and a friend stayed here for a week 19th - 26th October. We didnt expect much as we just wanted to have a nice chilled week in the heat but, Lets start with the negatives; Our room was filthy when we got there and needed a good re-vamp. VERY outdated. Our shower left our bathroom flooded every time we used it, it was leaking out the bottom of the bath. No one was happy to help. Overall the hotel is very dirty, the outside toilets by the pool, werent cleaned once whilst we were there for a week. Our AirCon was very hit and miss, when it did work it smelt outrageous and blew out so much dust. On a few days of our stay we had to find housekeepers as they forgot to give us fresh towels. Just a warning, for the first 4 days we were the only English spoken people, staff only know youre welcome so communication was proven difficult. Google translate was our saviour. We paid for all inclusive but had to leave the resort every evening for food. The fruit was rotten and last nights dinner would be served for the following days breakfast. Very limited choice, quite often the drink dispenser was broken also. Food was a BIG no no. We were made to feel extremely uncomfortable by male staff, after rejecting there offer to go out for a date, they started to treat us differently, to the point they stopped allowing only us to bring food/drinks by the poolside, meaning we had to sit by the bar infront of this barman. He also on one of the days wouldnt let us have the sun lounger cushions for a good 2 hours. Very intimidating. From that point onwards, all we experienced was rudeness, a lovely couple on our last day actually started going up to get our drinks for us so we could avoid the discomfort & tension. Due to it coming up to end of season, whilst we were still there, they started packing up sun loungers, stopped serving certain drinks, and stopped playing music during the day, it turned into ghost town and the staff simply could not be bothered at all, which isnt a pleasant feeling for guests still staying here! Lots of cats roam around the hotel so just be wary of that, as my friend is allergic so it was a slight problem for us! Also, lots of chickens and a staff members dog that finds her own way around (very friendly, just barks a lot at all the other animals!) Theres no entertainment in this hotel at all, whether this was due to the time of year, we arent sure. But really, it shouldnt make a difference. Positives; This Resort is in the most idyllic place, truly relaxing and just simply beautiful! The pool is huge with plenty of sun loungers around it, its cold but very refreshing once youre in, so if youre looking for a relaxed week, this location is perfect for you. Getting into town is super easy, reception will ring a taxi for you and it will be at the front of the hotel within 2-3 minutes costing only 20 Lira each way! Staff in the town are lovely, we would highly recommend Dolphin Restaurant great food and company!! WiFi at the hotel is strong, whether you are by the pool, or in your room which is a positive. The housekeepers are the friendliest and are the only ones that go out of there way to say morning and give you a smile and not a dirty look. Overall; For the amount we paid, we wouldnt recommend this hotel nor return. Location wise, yes, this hotel has such potential but the staff or owners clearly arent bothered about the reputation its building. We didnt let the negatives ruin our week, it is what it is, however, we wished wed booked elsewhere and hope this review helps anyone thinking to book, dont do it!!

    massive regret!!!!

    On arrival... 1st impression was wow the grounds that the hotel sit in are spectacular with views to die for after that all went down hill.we were escorted to our room quickly & efficiently onto the 4th floor of the "turret" which was a good size with great views, the room was tired with mould growing in the shower cubicle & peeling formica from the bedroom furniture. after unpacking we went to the bar for some drinks where straight away the barman slipped the tip box under our nose & asked for a tip when we declined he asked if we were english & shrugged his shoulders, not a great start this continued everytime he saw us until i made a complaint to management who then removed him to another area of the hotel. the hotel totally lacked customer care, tables around the pool were never wiped over & empty glasses were left for us & other guests to clear. we were on all inclusive but this again was poor, every other day we were informed that the hotel had run out of ice & drinks non/alcoholic, 2nd from last day all they had on offer was a bottle of tequilla & beer for us to drink(soft drinks were avail), no rum, no gin, no whiskey, no vodka, no ice ...... until again we made a complaint to management, come the evening all the above was replenished with complimentary bottle of bombay saphire & gordons pink gin in my opinion too little too late. food again was really poor, lacked taste & variety, some dishes that were served during the evening were served as part of breakfast, & dishes from breakfast were served at lunch ect ect. there was an option of lunch in the restaurant or pool side, pool side was poor with cold pizza & chips & cold spag bol. there was no entertainment day or night & even the music around the pool was turned off unless again it was requested as a family group we feel cheated of our annual holiday, this hotel is far from being a 4*/5* hotel, 3* at best with food & service 2* at best. it maybe the case that we stayed at the end of season, but we were sold a 4*/5* hotel with 24hr all inclusive which we certainly did not receive In summary food poor, drinks poor, service poor, entertainment poor............

    The worst All Inclusive

    It was the worst experience of a Turkish Hotel ever. Beautiful setting BUT the staff were not motivated at all in being there for any of the guests. The rooms were adequate but insufficient storage, the Bathroom was dreadful, the shower had mould and missing tiles, inside and out. Breakfast was beyond basic waiter service non existent. The 24 bar facility, lasted 1 day, before ALL Stocks were depleted. Guests actually moved out to The Dolphin Hotel. Some staff were helpful, but embarressed by the situation they were in. This was meant to be a holiday with our son and daughter in law a first ever. This Hotel breaks the trade description act and us not in my opinion"not fit for purpose" Sun beds & parasols around the pool were broken & not fit for use, there was a free shuttle to the beach were we spent 1 morning, again another disappointment the bar(All Inc)is best described as an old garden shed drinks,beer & soft drinks only were served in small flimsy plastic cups & lunch consisted of 2 sandwiches which were inedible wrapped in cling film. 1 positive the beach was clean & litter free.

    One of the best panoramic view

    Hi there. We firstly read all the comments and just be nervous about it but we think also how bad can it be. We are still in hotel and we think god thanks everybody is wrong who make bad comment. Firstfully the area is great. Hotel got some problems but it changes people to people. Foods are not perfect but delicious. Not alot of choices, grill in dinner turkey, meat it changes day by day. 3 pools is enough and really clean. Staffs are really helpful and smiling. If you see something wrong just notify it and will be solve. The hotel and the nature is like heaven. Beauty and taste changes people to people so we like it and nothing was wrong..

    One of the Worst I ever stayed in.

    This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have stayed. I was dumbfounded that such awful hospitality can be offered to members of the public. A few points to share: * 99.5% cannot communicate in basic English language. Hand gestures and sign Language had to be used to make a point * Most of the hotel facilities and amenities are faulty. Most of the rooms does NOT have light in the ceiling. * In my 4 days stay at the hotel, 95% of the food that was served during my stay was repeated and sometimes is cold. * The Wi-Fi NEVER worked all through my stay; I was forced to spend extra £30 to buy a Turkish Sim Card so I can keep in tough with family and friends from the UK There are lots more bad aspects about the hotel, I can go on and on. if YOU want a basic rundown hotel to lay your head then please, by all means go ahead and book. But if YOU about class, this is NOT the place for you
