  girls escape!

  We liked big balcony, flat Tv, great location (200m to Konzum store), quite street, everything near, aircondition wow! our stay was then too short. pore is a nice city, with saint and sinner night club, bybloss is 5mnutes drive, zelena laguna as well

  Just right for a family with a teenager!

  Booked here after much research as it seemed to allow our daughter the privacy she needed, and it was the right decision! A modern, refurbished bedroom with queen size bed, and two comfortable beds in the other (dining) room. (room 2) Importantly, there were doors on both rooms, and the kitchen area (small) and bathroom are handily located between the two rooms, so you can let your teenager sleep while you get on! Air conditioning is in the dining/2 bed room, as is access to the balcony. There is fridge, freezer compartment, microwave and kettle (and the helpful landlady provided a coffee maker on arrival, as well as complementary drinks, which was nice). The pool is fine with sunbeds (but no umbrellas) and there is a barbecue/picnic area alongside. Housekeeping is limited- in a week there were no clean towels provided, although I do feel that they would have been, had we asked. The apartment is close to supermarkets, food outlets etc, and only about 7 minutes walk to the beach, and a few minutes more into town. Easy access out of town too. Recommended!

  Very clean

  Positives Firstly the landlady is lovely; so welcoming on arrival and throughout, very accommodating. From cold drinks when you arrive to arranging anything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Secondly the whole apartment block is spotless, the pool area must be recently renovated and is immaculate. As previous reviews say it is very close to the immediate things you need, nice and quiet area. But a good 20 min walk into the main town. I would suggest a car for visiting the area just because there is so much to explore in the area and the beach parking is very cheap. Negatives The kitchen area is very small. Not a problem if you dont intend to cook but just be aware that it is very basic. No worktop to make a drink or place washing up. Secondly the air conditioning is only In The main living space so the bedroom is boiling. This can be bypassed by leaving all doors open to allow the cool air to flow through. Overall We found the apartment block very well situated, good value and very clean. If coming again we would definitely choose this apartment block again .)

  Perfect Stay in Porec

  The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We stayed on the second floor which had a large balcony overlooking the pool. The location was perfect for us, it was away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town Porec set in a peaceful residential area close to Pical beach. Amenities such as bakery and supermarket are about a 5 minute walk away, walking to the old town took us about 20 minutes and the beach took about 10 minutes. The host was very kind, helpful and welcoming, offering us cold beers on arrival, nothing was too much bother. If visiting Porec in the future we would most definitely choose to stay at this apartment again.
