hotel con falta de mantenimiento
club de playa un desastre, falta de mantenimiento, estaban las reposeras y las colchonetas rotas y eso da una muy mala impresion.. Los empleados del hotel son cordiales, la limpieza buena, pero en gral le hace falta mantenimiento edilicio

You must visit this hotel!
Well where do I start... the house keepers are amazing nothing is too much for them and the towel art is amazing!! The chefs are fantastic the food is also amazing, the dessert chef especially made my stay so memorable always there to great me with a smile I will for sure be back just for his cakes!! The bar staff again nothing is too much Hoshka and my bestest friend Ahmed i will miss them so very much they made us feel part of the family and as girls travelling alone made us feel so safe. We went on many tours with 'Time Safari' with each and every single one comes highly recommended and if you miss them you will miss out as it made our holiday so special. There is also an option of small private tours, these can be arranged on request and are very good value for money. The only Downside to our holiday was the hotel taxi driver we found him rude and over priced. He also stopped me when I was alone and questioned me on where I had been and who with which made me feel on edge. He also made comments to me that were inappropriate - making assumptions that one of my party were involved with one of the staff members and informing us "he is married you know" completely out of order. Along with many of the staff, this particular staff member is a friend and this wasn't the first time that this happened from a taxi driver at this hotel.

Home from home
My wife and I, after many cancellations and changes finally achieved our dream of getting to Egypt. We came gree to Dive Inn and were taken to a clean and fresh room. The following morning while relaxing on the Sunbeds Mina came and chatted to us, and told us of the Spa and told us he would look after us if we wanted to use it, and he is a man of his word. We both had a full treatment which left us feeling incredible. Medu (might be spelt wrong) is a very talented man and will not fail to make you feel fantastic from hair cuts to pedicure. My wife and I both had facials and I also had a pedicure (like being given new feet) later in the week. The whole team were very happy to see English back and that showed as we felt like royalty, while staying here, nothing was too much trouble and everyone makes you feel like family there. The small shops at the front of the hotel offer all the souvenirs you want at much better prices than on excursion trips, which again wad perfect for us as we're don't particularly like shopping. We were thoroughly taken care of by the bar staff who were very attentive but never intrusive, as well as the staff in the dining room. Everyone here will do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you want to book any excursions Motaz (Time Safari) is around the hotel and will offer you a 5* service and you will not be disappointed, if he's not around just ask for him and staff will get him for you. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

This is not a 5 star hotel
But nor is the price. For what we paid, we got 7 star luxury. Food was always excellent and we always found something to eat. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. As soon as we arrived we were treated like royalty and were constantly being told, Welcome back English. We have missed you. Grounds were kept clean, and sprayed for mossies about every other day. Pool was cleaned about every 2/3 days. Catering staff were excellent. On site was a supermarket and a mini-market, run by Elijah. Get to know him as he is very helpful and makes a fantastic cup of Egyptian tea. We would recommend this resort to anybody.

Great Hotel but beware Beauty Salon
Very pushy woman who sells you treatments and then adds more without asking. Also - she sells creams for £30 that you can buy for £5 in the local Pharmacy. We all have to make a profit but thats extortion! She cut my foot doing a pedicure, dyed my eyebrows without asking (only asked for a tidy up) and charged for a shoulder massage which I had previously been told was complimentary to see if it helped with my sore shoulder.
