  Faultless

  This was not originally the hotel we had booked. After arriving at our original hotel and finding our reservation had been lost, we found this one. It's located on a quiet pedestrian street, the hotel itself appears very warm and welcoming from the outsidewe were not disappointed to discover that this theme runs throughout the entire hotel. We grew quite friendly with one of the bar staff, who was literally one of the nicest most patient people I've met. She assisted us with menu choices, remembered our faces and always extended us a very warm welcome. As we arrived quite late on the first night we opted to eat in the hotel. There were six of us in our party and everyone of us received a beautifully cooked meal. We all ordered different dishes and each agreed they were delicious!! So much so, that we decided to eat there for the next three nights. The food was sublime and portion size extremely generous. Overall this hotel was outstanding!! Comfortable and clean rooms, extremely friendly staff and the food is amazing! I literally cannot praise this place enough.

  Perfect for a business trip

  The hotel room was perfect, good size desk, bed and bathroom. There is a good bar in the hotel that serves great bar food at reasonable prices. The breakfast was ok. It is situated in the centre of Bree within walking distance from the centre(2 mins). Would stay here again for business only.

  Can see why the Belgians keep this quiet

  Not sure who would come to Bree if not for business, but if you find yourself in this part of Europe it's worth a stopover. Hotel Ingredi is really stylish - gilded mirrors, impressive high ceilings and lined brick walls flanking a big bar with lots of space. The rooms are large and airy and good value. Arriving late I decided to eat in and think I made a good choice. The staff are nice and friendly in that reserved Belgian way and relaxed but efficient. I had the tuna carpaccio and hot prawns to start (not sure they go together but when in east Belgium!) - the olives were unnecessary and added to an already over enthusiastic saltiness which was overpowering - like my food seasoned, but still need the original taste to dominate and it didn't. And then a wow tagliata - thick and juicy slices of steak which I thought would be a bit tough when I saw them but were anything but - I think the chef should put the olive jar away and leave the capers out too (save them for the tartare. they're not needed in this). But the steak stands on its own and is truly exceptional - if it's always like this then go for it. If you're staying here on business, and you decide to eat here, then good news, you're in luck

  Good stylish modern hotel

  Large sized, clean rooms.Comfortable bed,complimentary mini bar,Free WiFi and large choice of breakfast options. High quality restaurant serving until late. Parking can be difficult but hotel happy to show you where you can park.

  Family Vacation

  Great location to stay at if you ever go to Bree, Belgium. We didn't eat at their restaurant crowded when we checked in, so it must be good. We did eat breakfast, which is included and was very good and they offer a great selection.
