  Bien situado y amplia habitación.

  El hotel está muy bien situado, en plena plaza principal y tiene cerca aparcamiento gratuito. La habitación es muy amplia. El desayuno muy bueno. Le falla que no tiene ascensor y el WiFi es intermitente.

  Atención, comodidad, limpieza, seguridad, atención al cliente de lo mejor. La situación permite visitar todo lo que esta ciudad ofrece, como museos, restaurantes, ocio, y cercanías a otras ciudades belgas dignas de visitar

  Ask Questions! All rooms are not equal!

  Ive been planning our big Germany / Luxembourg / Belgium trip for nearly a year. We planned to drive from Lux City, stay overnight and have a Battle of the Bulge tour. I made a reservation at Wagon Leo. When we arrived yesterday at first we couldnt even find reception.LL or the hotel. When we found it, we were surprised when we were greeted by a sign saying it wasnt open until 1400 hours. We attempted to eat in the restaurant, but left after waiting 30 minutes. We returned to reception at 2 and found 2 other couples waiting. At 2:30 a waiter appeared to check us in. We were surprised (and dismayed) when we found our room in the annex, up 6 narrow, steep flights of stairs. Look at the pic. We were on the top in the dormer. It was a very basic room. The breakfast (15euros each) was excellent. The room was not.

  Bastogne Nuts weekend

  Stayed for the second time at this delightful family run hotel. Very close to the main square of Bastogne. Great hotel to stay in the staff were lovely (Thank you Julie) the bistro next door is a great place for a meal. (its run by the hotel) the restaurant of the hotel is very busy so best to book in advance. Love this place and definitely will come again.

  Avoid the ANNEX!

  My family recently stayed at the Hotel Leo with a disappointing outcome. The main hotel is fine. The annex is not. The management is not customer friendly. There were problems with the heating/cooling system in the annex rooms, which were already outdated. We called management for instructions and followed them. During the night, the fan came on, making a racket. There is no maintenance or front desk response after business hours. Needless to say...no sleep. In the morning, hotel staffers said they would find the front desk for a discussion. No one ever responded. Post trip, email exchanges with the front desk blamed us for "freezing their system" and causing the problem. They even sent photos taken later in the day of a "frozen" vent. So, first of all... you are blaming the guest for your faulty HVAC! Second, the "frozen" vent was not "frozen" when we left the room. The hotel reiterated that they are not responsible for any service or even answering the phone post-business hours, it was all our fault that the HVA malfunctioned, and it was just too bad no one could sleep. No refund. No apology. No return visit ever!!!
