  Winter Holiday at SSH

  We have a very nice holiday at Albatros Aqua Park SSH in first week of February 2021. The staff was very careful with us from reception until the animation team. We had almost perfect time. Very nice places around resort

  Top of the list

  We stayed in Albatros Aqua Park from 9th to 16th January 2021. That was our 6th time in Sharm El Sheikh. And as we had stayed in other five-star hotels before, we had a clear idea about what sort of service we could expect, and yes, you can call us quite picky guests. However, Albatros Aqua Park is on the top of the list of best experiences ever. Heres why: The territory and accomodation: The hotel boasts an enormous stretch of beautifully crafted territory with blooming flowers and bushes, elaborately shaped hedges and freshly mowed lawns. As the name suggests, theres a huge Aqua Park zone with marquee pavilions, food courts and a disco platform. The living quarters are located within a distance from all the buzz of the entertainment zone, which is a great advantage for those who seek a little peace and quiet away from the crowd. The rooms are tastefully furnished, with a lot of attention to the tiniest of detail, which contributes to a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The food: In a word - delicious! The choice is limitless, and everyone can find something to their taste and needs. Theres meat of every kind and every possible way of cooking, theres fish and sea food like prawns and squid, theres yoghurt, cheese, fruit and vegetables of so many types you can make a new choice every meal and still have something new to try. And of course theres a Soprano restaurant pizza, a great and convenient way to have a snack near the pool outside if you dont feel like eating soup or full meal. The staff: They are the people who make your stay unforgettable. And they did. Starting with Mr. Baha at the reception, who accommodated us in a lovely family room (8282), was very kind and helpful every time we needed something. And also Mr. Ehab and Mr. Mohammed in the lobby bar who made and served fantastic drinks whether it was coffee, a milkshake or a speciality cocktail. They are both very nice, cheerful and entertaining, which often made our day even brighter. And of course Mr. Shady, an incredible Soprano restaurant manager, whos always there for you and really cares, so you make friends easily. Theres Mr. Aimen Mohammed, a tennis court manager and a coach, who shared nice tennis tips with our son. And theres wonderful Ms. Carla from Guest Relations, a Polish lady with perfect English and turquoise-coloured eyes. Her warmth, sincerity and care are heart-melting. On one occasion I remember I needed a sort of basin to hand wash some clothes. And, although it was something quite extraordinary to ask for, Ms. Carla arranged it to be delivered to our room within half an hour. There are so many other people to mention, like Ms. Reda, Mr. Youseff and others. We heartily thank you for every minute of our stay and are looking forward to seeing you soon!

  Good hotel with good animators

  Nice hotel! Came back here for the second time. There are good service, kitchen and the beach. It's never boring in hotel territory because of the animation team. Especially want to highlight animators Jose and Dasha. They are really great entertainers and also a good people. So the hotel is pretty good itself. I truly recommend Albatros Aqua park!

  Perfect

  This hotel is perfect Our family have amazing rest. Food, service, staff, rooms, atmosphere everything was perfect Territory of the hotel is large, but not difficult to navigate. The most memorable were the animators, their shows are unforgettable. Thank you so much Messi and Jose for the best holiday week Choose this hotel if you want to have unbelievable holiday

  Nice holiday

  We have spent two weeks in this resort, special remarks to staff. They have been very supportive, always looking to offer the best service and above, always smiling and carrying. Many, many thanks to Reception Manager, Mohamed Shokry, he was almost moving the mountains in order to make us feeling special. Hope to see you all again and hope all the staff is appreciate by the management on the level of their service!
