  The reception and all staff were unfriendly, and totally local unprofessional The room I got wasn't the reserved one with no justification or better replacement The room specifications are not as same as the offered and reserved especially the minibar, there's no minibar in the room, only a disabled broken fridge doesn't contain even a bottle of water, a bottle of water that I had to buy it from them After this bad reception, at that check in time at the dawn, the receptionist called me to discuss a financial matter to add additional night as I checked in before noon The restaurant and its staff are very bad, unhealthy, unprofessional and very very local, and the food quality is worst I checked out immediately

  Nice location

  The hotel is nicely located in Misr Algadida ,the check in process was very short the rooms were wide enough ,the beds were good but the mattress was not clean ,AC was perfect ,Bathroom was good and the room smell was not good It is economic option

  i didn't feel safe

  i put poor review because my headphone was stolen , when i called reception they didn't do anything ... this time headphone was stolen , next time they will steal your money , so the housekeeping is terrible there must be a safe to save your important things there is no water bottles the bread in breakfast is unhealthy and not fresh air condition in restaurant not working this will be the last time i will book in this hotel

  very nice

  a very nice hotel with an easy accessible location for a moderate price for Cairo, my room was perfect with nice decorations and a good view, bathroom was very good too. The staff are really helpful, the area around is rather quiet but safe. Breakfast is included and it was really nice

  Royal Marshal Hotel

  We were visiting Cairo for a family wedding/sightseeing and used this hotel as a base for 8 nights. The room was comfortable enough and breakfast was good. Only 1 bath and 1 hand towels were provided for two people. Despite asking on numerous occasions for additional towels there appeared to be no communication between reception and housekeeping. We experienced one day without any water and another without hot water. When we complained to the manager upon checking out, head of housekeeping was called and spoke to us rudely. The manager said the hotel would give us a small refund for our inconvenience but we were charged the full amount when the currency was converted. This hotel would probably be okay if you were staying 1-2 nights. Please be aware dont use the taxi recommended by the hotel as on the wedding day the taxi driver took us the wrong way and we had to direct him with google maps.
