  A holy Mecca

  As close as to the holy hara'm, at front of hotel a bus shuttle will take you to al-masjid haram, you get free tickets from hotel reception, on the return way; no ticket requested by bus driver. I had enjoyed the pilgrims during Ramadan so I can tell only about room, split air condition, warm water at bathroom, comfortable mattresses.

  Very Nice Hotel, Close to Haram, Excellent hospitability

  It was a very nice hotel with a very good location. The transport to and from Haram was excellent and was available 24 hours. The staff was very nice and hospitable especially the Hotel Manager Mr. Liaquat Abbasi. A highly recommended hotel in Makkah.

  good value for money

  good things: The room was spacious, quiet and clean, with a fridge and tea tray available. the hotel is 2-5 minutes by bus to Harram, some of the team were really friendly especially Mr Luqiat the hotel manager, food was modest but reasonable for the charges. bad things: no wifi or cable net available in the rooms and the one available at lobby has a very weak signal. Did not routinely provide the tea and coffee stuff and i had to ask for it but for fairness the response was prompt, one more thing worth mentioning, I was told the hotel was "Waqf"means after expenses all profits go to charity.

  Most Raciest Behaviour Ever Encountered

  Went to view hotel 3 days after my hajj, as the hotel refused the tour company I was with from UK. Hotel given full building booking to a Syrian hajj tour group. which is understandable as we were a small charity group trying to raise money via hajj for charities. We took refuge in Suri 2, behind mahbas hotel. As we were passing by mahbas hotel since our arrival on 6th Sept to 15th Sept 2016. On 14th myself and my sister in low we were passing the hotel, We both thought why not have a look for future booking if we were to come for Umrah. As we walked in appreciating the art work before approaching the reception, one man came out his prayer and looked at us, put his hand up saying " No Asian all Suriy" go go kuli mafee" I gave him Salam and said brother we were booked for this hotel from UK, as a small group booking it was refused, we just wanted to see for future booking what's was the hotel like. Will he put his hand up agene and said " go go no Asian such prejudice way" then he called his security to escort us out. Such humiliating behaviour from a person of my faith, which I have never expected. I'm still thinking was he a Saudi Arabian Citizen or a immigrant from another Arab country. All I can say I'm grateful to Allah that my ancestors have chosen to live in UK and we have law against Racist thugs.

  Good location from Mahbas Al jen & price

  It was nice hotel near from many shops where you can buy your daily needs in addition to 24/7 which takes you from hotel to Haram d vice versa.. You need to be ready 45min to 1 hour before each prayer as you need to walk for a while inside haram to reach Kaaba
