  Perfect spot to stay in Hervey Bay!!!

  We had 3 nights here and would highly recommend staying here!!! Location is perfect! Loved the view and the unit was very spacious with everything you need! It was nicely decorated, huge bed was comfy and staff were always friendly and helpful!! Didnt swim in the pool but it looked inviting. We enjoyed the food from the nearby Italian cafe/bakery and pizza restaurant (delicious!)! Lots of facilities for families - swings, tennis courts and bbq area!! Top spot

  Great Hotel, Great Staff, Great Location!

  Myself and my 2 boys (aged 10 and 9) just came back from a long weekend at Shelly Bay Resort and loved it! We had a 2 bed apartment with a sea view, spent time in the family friendly pool area and my boys loved the 3/4 size tennis court (which is free for residents!). Walking distance to the gorgeous beach, and a couple of good places to eat (Black Bear and Eat - both owned by MKR winners Dan & Steph). Staff (particularly Renata!) were very helpful in booking trips and super friendly. Thanks for a great holiday Shelly Bay!

  All apartments in this small resort have a waterfront view!

  This is the second time we have stayed at Shelly Bay Resort and will certainly return again when next in Hervey Bay. The location is great and the apartments are spacious and self contained and all have a waterfront view. All the amenities you need including swimming pool, tennis court and BBQ facilities. View the sunrise and sunset or just sit on the front deck and relax!

  Very happy customer

  On arrival we were welcomed and made to feel at home with plenty of free advice. The rooms were very clean, there was a kitchen with all equipment in apple pie order - even the cutlery on the drawers was neatly arranged. Very comfortable bed, overlooked the sea and on site pool. There is a lift - we are in late 70s and early 80s. Highly recommended.

  Relaxed vacation

  I cannot speak more highly about the staff & amenities of Shelly Bay Resort. We arrived a day early but they did everything they could to accommodate us. We eventually stayed for 2 weeks & had the most relaxing stay. Straight across from the beach, with a great pool. We were close to some excellent restaurants & cafes. Will stay here again next holidays, I cant wait.
