  Rest in august

  We visited hotel for 10 nights. 2 adults and 3 kids. We had family suite. 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. All new inside. I think Room cleaning should be improved. Nice beach but with big rocks in the sea. Big thanks for kids club. Thank for Oksana and Jasmin.

  Nice place for family sea-side vacation

  It is good place for doing nothing, as usual in all-inc hotels. Comparing with Rixos: Baia is 30-40% cheaper, but not worse so much. What I like: pools, bars, restaurant. Staff is polite and friendly. Lifeguards are paying attention to all happened at pools and the sea. Restaurant works ok during this difficult covid time. What should be corrected: in 1415 room we had no WiFi. Generally nothing to criticize. Special thanks for kids club staff: Oksana and Zhasmin. Special thanks for sous-chef Ahmet Akca and his colleagues. Be careful: beach is not sandy. It can be dangerous from time to time, especially when you have to support a child. I do recommend to buy special boots.

  Think twice!

  First of all, were a family who are quite concerned about the COVID-19 epidemic but due to the Safe Travel Certificate that this hotel claims to be rewarded, we chose to spend our summer holiday here, since the certification shows that the hotel takes enough precautions. Well, there are hand sanitizers almost everywhere and the Main restaurant staff seems to get everything under control and comply with the rules, the staff working at the pool bar is totally out of the epidemic mentality. I warned the barmen to keep the masks on for couple of times, but they always have some excuses for not wearing it. The spa staff comes to the beach more than 5 times during the day, without masks and forget about social distancing while trying to encourage the tourists to get a massage. Its quite intimidating. The towels do not look clean and hygienic, today I had a cigarette burn and some stains on the towel that the hotel provides. The housekeeping is also another problem. The usual housekeeping at the hotels is more or less, to change the towels/sheets, refill the shower gel and other stuff, mop the floors and leave. Well, here I believe its only like coming into the room, change towels and leave the screen door of the balcony on and leave. We requested some shower gel and thats when they brought shampoo and hair cream. When we were checking the hotels, the tour agents told us that this hotel is renovated. However, therere plenty of stuff in the room thats either broken or not working. The handle of the mosquito screen was loose and it just came off. You dont have a choice for the hand shower or the top shower, theyre running at the same time. The sink is leaking. The AC smells like it has been some time since the ACs filters have changed. For dinner theres only one restaurant option. The food tastes the same every night. The drinks are really low quality. We came here just to enjoy and get away from the epidemic stress but unfortunately we have seen many unpleasant things during the first half of our vacation. I still hope itll get better, if it does, Ill be glad to update my review.

  Hotel Baia

  Very friendly and caring staff - we very rarely meet such an attentive attitude towards visitors, and this is not only at the hotel reception, but also in the restaurant, and wherever you have to communicate with the hotel staff. A restaurant with excellent cuisine, special thanks to the sous-chef Ahmet AKCA, the organization, serving, a varied and delicious menu!!!! The hotel pays a lot of attention to detail and it pleases.   This is a beautiful hotel and the setting is amazing The staff especially the manager memet and the chef Ahmet Akca is amazing at his job Both the manager and Ahmet are outstanding at making the holiday as you would wish If you ask for a certain food in the morning, Ahmet had it made in the evening ! Wow Mamet has time for you and nothing isnt too much trouble - both are what makes the hotel fab Defn quieter due to coronavirus but we actually loved that - more family time instead of water polo being shouted through out the day Lots of entertainment still and lovely food just more relaxing and peaceful than the full on activity list we normally go for and I prefer it. Im sure though any other year it would be non stop action packed but still lots of daily activities and amazing live bands and shows every night. The bar staff day and night amazing too so lovely and remember what you drink especially Musa türk. Necep ozturk and the young tall guy who served from pool food every day and at breakfast so all these guys work so so hard in uncertain times to make out holiday the best !!! I could not recommend enough as also amazing beach activities power boat, parasailing etc etc Loved it and I dont do trip advisor but In uncertain times couldnt thank these guys enough You should defn come here for a beautiful holiday
