  NICE Hotel!

  I stayed at this hotel for a night while traveling to FL. I have used other locations in the Best Western chain and have never come away disappointed in the value of what I received. This time was no different as I found the hotel and its staff maintained the high standards that Best Western demands of its partner locations. The staff I dealt with were very professional in doing their jobs and displayed friendly smiles from the time I walked in the door to check in until I left after checking out the next morning.

  Travel Overnite Stop

  Stopped here after traveling from Oklahoma to Leeds on our way to North Carolina. The hotel was nice, the refrigerator in the room had ice build up and was turned off. Ice was melting onto a towel that someone had left in the refrigerator. We tried to empty the water from the tray, however could not get the tray back in due to the ice buildup. I reported this to the front desk and she assigned us a different room, which was very nice, however, the refrigerator in this room did not have a freezer which was inconvenient because we had ice packs to keep our traveling foods cold. The room was nice and clean, nice shower, the desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Due to covid, the breakfast consisted of a danish and energy bar and coffee. This was disappointing as we had left a BW Plus in Okla and they were still serving full breakfast.

  spent one night, easy to find, close to hyway. place very clean, staff polite and helpful. nice size room, bed was comfortable. close to restaurants and other things. easy and fast check in. the hotel was quite,

  Clean - average hotel

  Room was fine - needed a little tlc but over all average hotel. Minor cosmetic defects that would not prevent me from staying again however should be taken care of because it is best western reputation.

  Good night sleep

  staff and facilities wonderful great service very friendly A real nice place to stay enjoyed it very quiet and relaxing Will definitely stay there any time I am going through Alabama again very convenient location to all food
