  excelente calidad

  Es un resort increible, con increible acceso a las pistas de sky, al lake superior. cuenta con piscina, hidromasaje, juegos para niños, ademas, en la planta baja cuenta con un restaurant, unos de los mejores que comi en mi estadia en los Estados Unidos. El hotel es super limpio ya que su equipo de limpieza es barbaro. Hay habiaciones simples, tipo condos, town homes y pear river. Super recomendable

  Increíble vista

  Es un resort que cuenta con varios tipos de habitaciones, esta ubicado a 2 horas de Duluth, y tiene una vista increíble al lake superior. Tienen un restaurant que se llama Moguls trip&Grill y la comida es exquisita. Puedes disfrutar de una velada super romántica, incluso en invierno estas almorzando y puedes ver venados por el bosque. Caribou tiene la ventaja de ofrecerte desde cuartos matrimoniales, habitaciones dobles, condos, town homes(son casas de 3 pisos que tienen jacuzzi, varias habitaciones, 3 a 4 baños y los pear river. Es la mejor opción que debes tomar si quieres disfrutar días de descanso y de paz ya sea si vas en pareja o con la familia! Lo mejor de todo acepta animales!

  Es un hotel genial

  Es muy bueno, tiene un excelente restaurant, muy lindo para ir en cualquier epoca del año pero si queres hacer sky los mejores meses son diciembre y marzo, con excelete acceso a las pistas y al lake superior. El personal que atiende es magnifico

  Underwhelming Stay

  The location and proximity to the ski hill is great and very convenient once you learn the ropes. The condo was a dog friendly unit for a $35/night charge. The decor was nice. We were not lucky enough to get a unit with a wood burning fireplace so we were disappointed by that but did have an electric fireplace that worked well. We were excited to see the plentiful wood available in the parking lots... although we didnt have a need in our unit. There are some details that are sorely missing that would have made the stay a much better experience. First, there we no basic cooking essentials that most rental units include such as salt and pepper, grilling tools to use with the gas grill, a recycling bin, dishwasher detergent, and a receptacle for dog waste. We stayed in March and the snow was melting and it exposed a very dirty lawn of dog waste and general trash. The details of the amenities were very much (COVID) adjusted but not well communicated. While I certainly understand the need for different protocols due to COVID, the pool area was advertised as open. Hours of operation are normally 9am-10pm but the hotel made adjustments without any communication. The pool area requires travel to another building with understandable limited capacity. Each time we checked, the pool was at capacity and then was closed altogether at 4pm. Hours became limited to 9-4pm which overlaps ski hours. A simple sign up or reservation process could have worked well. This is how other properties have managed the restrictions and therefore, we could have used the pool amenity after ski hours as we had planned. When we discovered the pool was closed in the evenings, we decided we would grab the offered smores kits and enjoy one of the outdoor fire rings. Unfortunately, the front desk had run out of kits for the day. We were only able to use the pool one time in our five day stay. Also, Moguls restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesday and we discovered they were also closed on Wednesday when we skied there for lunch. Lastly, it took us a bit to orient ourselves to the ski hill. A simple fix would be including trail maps and some instructions on what lift the ski out was at our condo.

  What happened?

  Haven't been up in a few years, not the same place anymore. First of all you pull up to a building that is now maroon or fuchsia colored, doesn't even fit the up north location we come for. In our unit nothing has changed. The food is now horrible. The biggest change is the staff, every single person we encountered just seemed sketchy. Restaurant staff came off as lazy and didn't really care we were there. Some housekeeper was having a fit right outside our door. Last but not least the so called winter village was what appeared to be repurposed Christmas lights, very underwhelming.
