  Great hotel for kids

  Stayed here while in town with family of 4. -staff was friendly, check in very smooth -rooms were large and clean. Only had double beds in our room but not a big deal. -pool area was great for kids. Small waterslides and large pool were loved by our kids. Hot tub is large as well. -Gym was large and clean -breakfast was top notch, bacon, eggs, hash browns, sausage. Fresh fruit as well along with cereal, waffles, toast and pastrys. -Ground Round restaurant attached and small bar with blackjack just off the lobby. We will certainly stay here again. Location is a bit of a strike against them if you are looking to be close to malls and restaurants, but only a short drive anywhere in Minot.

  Clarion now has Casino and free breakfast. Clean rooms looks like bedding was upgraded. Love the new TVs with DishTV including NFL network. Bar in the lobby has decent choice of Scotch beer and wine.

  SUCKS

  they gave us a room with the bathroom fan not working. we asked them to check it they said the will the next day. they still havent. we asked for towels at night and didnt get them till after 1 in the afternoon the next day. the staff had terrible attitude when being confronted on problems. they only have 1 cleaning person when they need more. Never will stay in this hotel again!

  Dont Stay Here

  Shoddy rooms with outlets hanging out of the wall, some kind of nasty stuff stuck to the curtains and a smoke alarm that looks like it came from the 1970s. I would have thought that the local fire marshal would educate them that these need to be replaced routinely. The coffee machine is a joke. The bathroom sink would not drain at all and there was no one available to clear the clog. Hotels.com lists that breakfast is available. There were two boxes of cereal and two muffins. I visit my not frequently. I chose this one because it was close to the airport. Never again.

  Rooms Were Fine & Quiet

  We stayed during the COVID pandemic, so our experience may not be typical, but our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to both the State Fair grounds and the downtown.
