  Okay Eso es todo No es un gran hotel el desayuno se paga aparte habían pelos en la bañadera La recepción es buen el check puya fue rápido ! El ascensor hay q esperar bastante el desayuno es casi completo

  Simply Spectacular!

  I had a very pleasant stay; honestly speaking, the person at the front desk made my day. She went out of her way to locate shops that could be open (and within walking distance) during the family day weekend - thank you!

  Great hotel!!

  Clean & beautiful rooms. Gorgeous lobby. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds with large T.V in the room. Beautiful views and very reasonable rates. Close to downtown with many nearby dining options. Only complaint would be parking in the hotel parkade is a bit expensive but there are other parking options nearby. Wish I couldve used the pool it looks like a beautiful facility!

  Even during a pandemic, this is the best hotel in Edmonton!

  Though some areas of the premise were closed, our stay was comfortable and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and the COVID safety protocol. We have been Edmonton Coast for years and will continue to be for years to come.

  Great stay

  I have loved this place for years. Good location downtown if what you are in the city for is downtown, very clean, comfy beds and great price. The new fancy Toilet/Bidets were a surprise and conversation piece, lol Highly recommend.

  Pleasant Stay!

  We were in Edmonton for a conference and stayed at the Coast Edmonton Plaza. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We needed a microwave for our breakfasts and one was brought to our room within minutes. The room itself was on the 15th floor. It had a wonderful view of the city and the sunsets were spectacular from our vantage point. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was at capacity but very quiet and had good night sleeps. Would definitely stay here again!

  Great hotel to stay when catching an Edmonton Oiler game!

  We stayed at the hotel the first weekend in March for my husband's 50th birthday and to see the Oilers game. We arrived after a long drive and through a snow storm, and had no issues. Check-in was easy and wonderful staff from beginning to end. Great room with a view from the 19th floor. Comfortable & cozy & very clean room, and it had a great bathroom! We parked in the indoor parkade with no issues. We left our car there all weekend as we pretty much walked everywhere we needed to go. There are plenty of great restaurants close by, plus we were within walking distance to the arena. We had a great breakfast at the hotel restaurant on the main floor. Wonderful service! We would definitely recommend this hotel for any events in downtown Edmonton! I'm sure we'll be back for another visit to see the Oilers!

  Good hotel

  Good location. Near Ice District Clean room. Comfortable bed. I stay there often and I always sleep well there. Restaurant is good. Staff are friendly and food yummy. I've never used the pool or fitness center so I can't comment on them. Front desk staff very pleasant. Parking is fine though no elevator access from upper floors. Not a deal breaker.

  TERRIBLE

  Was supposed to travel to Edmonton to see the hockey game. I came down with Covid and was therefore unable to go. This hotel refused to refund our reservation. We had non-refundable airline tickets which, given the circumstances, the airline refunded as did the hotel in Calgary where we also had non-refundable rates. I would never stay at a hotel that doesnt do the right thing. I also spoke to someone we know who has stayed there and they say it is a bit dirty. Stay Away
