  I enjoyed my visit and a very special thanks to Sal (breakfast staff) for his very respectful uplifting hospitality and his excellent food. He is definitely a reason to return to stay. Thank you for making my stay a good one.

  Outstanding staff but highway noise spoils it

  This is an updated hotel with a bistro and plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby. The room I had was clean with a nice big bathroom, and equipped with all the usual Marriott features, and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning my room. Unfortunately, my room was located along the highway side and the traffic noise was the worst I've ever experienced. They've made an effort to muffle it by installing a plastic barrier over the window but the noise comes through the wall via the HVAC unit installed on the exterior wall. It was miserable. This is a good hotel and an excellent place to stay for conference work, etc., but the highway side is a no-go. If you book here, insist on a room on the opposite side of the highway.

  HORRIBLE!

  Do not stay here! Most of us are concerned about Covid and traveling anyway, but youd think hotels would try to make it pleasant. Especially since none of them are full and there are PLENTY to choose from but... *We had the worst night ever. We were given a room on the highway side and even with 2 sound machines we heard it ALL night. With very little sleep we got up to make coffee and the coffee maker was disgusting! Scalely looking~ so nevermind. Then called down about ice maker, employee wasnt even sure where it was. Upon finding it ourselves, NO ICE! And though it was to be a pick up and go breakfast, no one was around (front desk) to even ask. I rarely give bad reviews, but this was ridiculous! Go somewhere else.

  Amazing Stay!

  This is a great hotel! The rooms are nice, everything is clean, and the staff really add the cherry on the top. They are so polite and helpful!! Regarding the noise. Yes, if you got the highway side, the road is literally right there. However, it did not bother me at all. It didnt bother me during the day and I definitely slept soundly through the night. Anyone who frequents hotels will easily be able to enjoy their stay here. Just put the a/c units fan to On from Auto and have a good night sleep. So yes, I would absolutely recommend this hotel! Regardless of which side you get.

  Superb Customer Service!

  I would like to recognize this hotel and one person in particular, Katie Y who was at the Front Desk when we arrived, I believe all weekend and when we checked out. She was so nice, courteous, friendly, and helpful the whole weekend! I specifically want to recognize her for her helpfulness when I realized I left several pieces of clothing in the closet of our hotel room. I called as soon as I realized that I left them and lucky for me she answered the phone! She said she would go up and check the room and let me know. She called me back in less than 5 min! She noted all items were there and said she would get them ready to ship out on Monday, which would be at my expense of course because it was my fault. I received them today and I wanted to make sure she was recognized for her wonderful customer service! She definitely went above and beyond! I am grateful for her kindness and her exceptional ability to know how to take care of her customers. THANK YOU, THANK YOU Katie Y, you made our stay a "TOP NOTCH" experience at this Marriott Courtyard!
