  the staff was nice the hotel was clean in good location the room was nice and clean the bed was not to high the internet was good the tv was not so good had get new remote the was balcony it was a big room

  Underwhelmed

  I travel a lot. I spend > 100 nights a year in Marriotts. This hotel is clean. Location is convenient. The staff seemed in general to be the weak point. Many different persons seemed to be often to busy with tv or eating meals to answer questions or care for guests. Not typical for a Marriott.

  Overnight stop

  I gifted a room to my friend who was traveling home to Michigan from New Mexico. He said the front desk staff were very nice and helpful with closeby restaurants and stores since he wasn't familiar with the area. The only complaint is that the shower in his room(302) leaked all over the bathroom floor, other wise his stay was fine.

  Noisy / Overpriced / Staff and Guests didn't wear masks

  The furniture felt crammed into our small king room. The TV didn't work, but we didn't want to risk asking the front desk to get it fixed since the staff there weren't wearing masks. The indoor pool was large and being used by a family who also didn't wear masks. That said, the staff and guests at the Mexican restaurant next door felt no need to wear masks, so that may just come with the territory when visiting Springfield. In terms of location the property is conveniently located near I-36 in a shopping center with lots of restaurant choices.

  Great meeting location

  Love the property!! The pool was relaxing. Great staff!! Good location. Would love the bistro to be open. Very clean rooms. Carolyn was so sweet. She love fresh tuna fish. Bring her some if you are coming to springfield. Looking forward to our next stay!! Nathan is the best ever!
