  Disgusting, Noisy, and Downright Dreadful

  This place was horrendous. The room appeared clean at first, but then look closely and you'll see dust bunnies here and there and stains on the bed and walls. The worst part was the shower. Luckily I brought flip flops and wore them while I took a shower. It was so gross, I felt dirtier coming out of the shower than I did when I first stepped in. There was mold all over, including the showerhead! After the shower, I felt itchy and the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep well. On top of that, there was some loud noises coming from the parking garage around midnight and because there was a gap in the door, I may as well have slept outside with how much the noises were filtering in. I was there for two nights. By the 2nd night, I refused to take a shower and went to bed in hopes that the nightmare would just be over already so I could escape to the airport as early as possible the next day. The ladies at the front desk were apathetic at best. They did not care to ask me how my stay was because they probably knew that my answer would not be pleasant. They looked like they wanted to get out of there as much as I did. Thankfully, I was only in Guam for business and was out of my room most of my stay. I've stayed at 4-star hotels in Saipan for less than the money this place charged me. Regardless of its central location and proximity to some key shopping areas and the airport, this place should not be charging such a ridiculous rate. Do not stay here if you can help it. It's not worth the extra few bucks in savings.

  Great Staff and Manager

  Staff at front desk are very friendly and accommodating. Manager, Jennifer Aguirre is excellent with handling staff and guest and also remembers the names of frequent guests Only one negative experience: Contractor for restaurant on ground floor that was under construction did not clean up construction dust dust which was visible on the pathways in the vacinity of the restaurant.

  Hidden Gem

  The place was better than expected, the staff was very helpful! I would definitely come back to stay when the time permits itself again! Thankful I was able to find very good place in the short amount of time I had to stay here!

  A Definite Stay

  So, my flight off Guam had been delayed over and over due to Covid-19 and the staff have been more than accommodating in extending and providing anything that me and my SO needed. From Oct 2020-Jan 2021 they continuously sought to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They placed offers for catering throughout the stay, especially for holidays that we ended up celebrating inside the room. The room looked exactly as pictured for us, was nice to have a hotel that you can connect devices to the Wi-Fi easily and connect devices to the TV in the room. Laundry and dryers was easily accessible though the day, and if needed opened up, staff happily obliged. Was really nice to have a little fridge in the room as well for anything we picked up during the day. Location was great due to proximity to a shopping center, a gas station, and several fast food restaurants, making for quick trips for food. All and all, I plan on staying again when I make the trip out here to see my SO again when the time comes and travel will permit. Hope the staff stays the same as they're the best part about the place.

  Our stay for the birthday getaway

  It's not that far from the airport, you can get around Guam and its tourist attractions in no time. We had a good nights rest, although it is near the road it is still quiet. We got the room at a very reasonable price. May 2019
