  Nice but...

  From the entrance till the end of my trip it was nice pretty well-decorated hotel.the foods and all activities were delicious and fabilious..the staff was cowered towards cowid and dezenfections are every where.. used alacarte restaurant because had a bonus for that..Erhan was perfect and his team was really professional..we had good conversation about all the points occured aroune turkey and the world..but that week Beikta lost the game..he was upset.:) by The way thanks to The manager faraml because he had a good team and Erhan.. The appatizers and the fish that had were marvelous..snack restoruant mostly eat and waste my time..you have more choices arounda that circle..but the the room was good but they can make it up better. found some played straight dön yo the coridor of my floor..it was not nice..everywhere was located by the pools so it Seemed comfortable for ne..thank you dosinia..thank you Erhan..thank you manager faraml..

  Worst holiday!

  Worst holiday Ive ever had! Nothing about this hotel is luxurious!! We usually holiday 4-5 times per year and have stayed all over the world in some amazing places. We booked this holiday last minute as not many destinations we could go to due to Covid 19. Hotel Very dated and old fashioned. However it was very clean and well maintained. The room itself, again very dated, was refreshed with clean towels each day, but never cleaned/bins emptied. I struggled to get any sleep the whole week due to a very hard and uncomfortable mattress. There doesnt appear to be any air con in the entire hotel, except for bedrooms, and at best Id score that 2/10. Really disappointing. Wifi in the room and around hotel was generally satisfactory. Food Im quiet a fussy eater, so thats not the hotels fault. The food was mostly Turkish with lots of stew/casserole type dishes. I ate mostly the pasta dishes which were mostly delicious and the roasted Mediterranean veg. My biggest issue with meal times were just how rude and arrogant the Russian guests were (99% Russian at the hotel). They wont queue or wait to be served. What makes it worse is that the hotel staff allows and panders to their behaviour due to the guests being predominantly Russian. As brits we were made to feel like 3rd rate citizens. Staff will give generous portion sizes to them, but I had to fight for literally each piece of pasta. I dreaded meal times and avoided the buffet as much as possible. We ate lunch at the burger shack around the pool instead. The ice cream at the resort was also an experience. Chewy ice cream!! Pool Each day we spent at the smallest pool, we couldnt really relax or read a book due to the loud and often offensive music which they blasted from 10-1600ish. Im all for some music/pool activities and the like but I dont expect, as a family hotel, to have to listen to lyrics containing swear words, racist and sexual language. Fine for an adults 18-30 perhaps, but for a family hotel its not acceptable for techno/rave music of this nature and this volume to be blasted all day long. Having a very disappointing beach and NOTHING outside the hotel, we couldnt escape it! Turkish Bath I had never experienced a Turkish bath before so thought it would be a nice idea. Tbh youll be pestered by the hotel spa manager for the entirety of your day/stay if you dont book one. The massage and spa itself was nice, and worth the money. What happens immediately afterwards is not. Once I had finished my massage, the Dr called in the annoying spa manager to act as an interpreter, armed with medical pictures. He came in and closed the door, having two men between me and a closed door is not acceptable, to then try and scare me into having another treatment ASAP as I had a medical condition....blah blah. NOT ACCEPTABLE! The same thing happened to my fiancée. In general I would not recommend this hotel and I would never return. I would also urge all brits to give this hotel a miss. Youre not made to feel welcomed or looked after. I also had my bank card blocked whilst on holiday for fraudulent activity. I wont return to Turkey, an experience I dont wish to repeat.

  Expected more for a 5 star

  Ive stayed at this hotel with my wife and a couple of friends for 10 days in October. I will definitely say this is not a 5 star 4 ta maximum. Rooms were good however not very cleaned. Not a lot of variety of food especially breakfast always the same thing. The best food we had was in the outdoor food area. The traditional Turkish Gosleme was very nice. My biggest disappointment on this holiday was when I was shown the room where to leave my luggage from the moment Ive checked out the room till I would get my transfer to the airport. The room was dirty full of rubbish and the door wouldnt even lock because the lock itself was broken. Im hoping that Im wrong but I believe the hotel does it on purpose so people pay extra to keep the rooms for longer for longer during the day leaving day. I was leaving the hotel at 8 pm and I had to pay an extra 80 stay in the room so all my belongings are kept safe. On the positive side the entertainment is very good. My gold star goes to Cristiano Ronaldo that didnt stop all day walking up and down asking people to join on the different activities, especially darts. In the evening he would also come and join us at the bar for a chat always asking if everything was okay and did we need any help. I didnt use the spa but my wife used it and she does recommend it. I also liked the own peer that the hotel has. Very good access to the sea and facilities around it. Im not saying I wouldnt not go back to this hotel but I would definitely like to see an improvement before returning.

  Terrible place, terrible people

  This was our 1st trip to Turkey and what a dissapointment... Firt or all, the first room we were given was absolutely terrible - A/C didn't work, the sink was cloged, the room was extremely hot and above the restaurant - so the smell of food was a constant. The second room was a little bit better but the cleaning lady didn't do a good job. The floor was dirty and the toilet smelled like pee. After I cleaned it, the smell dissapeared. The tables around the playground were never cleaned - I cleaned them twice, and after the amout of dirt we decided not to use them anymore. The COVID measures are respected only by the staff - non of the guests respect anything: no social distancing, no wearing a mask etc. Some Russian guy got realy rude when I tried to explain that they could not go into the elevator with us. The beach towels are available at the spa, which means two thigs: - they are also used for spa treatments, so they smell like rotten oil - each time you pick up or leave the towels there is an army of sellers who are trying to coinvince you to book spa treatments. Beside the fact they were not wearing masks, they were talking right in your face. Most of the guests are Russian - very loud and very rude. The staff only speaks Russian and Turkish, so communicating in other languages is more than difficult and frustrating. The only good thing is the food, which was tasy and plenty, but it doesn't compensate all the other negative aspects. And if you think that tipping helps, it does not. I mean, they are expecting to receive it, but they give absolutely nothing in return.

  Our stay

  Me with my partner had a week of stay in this hotel in September. Hotel is 5 star, but not deserved ones. Food it's almost same and in half of stay, I literally have not what to eat good. Air conditioner was not working almost, i have requested from hotel management to repair it, they just tried to do something but still problem was the same. Refrigerator was with same temperature like room. Hotel do not cost it money at all,I will not recommend it at all. From the territory ,hotel get a mini aqua park which was working 2 times with 2 hours. Evening events were not interesting at all. Bar was closed after 11pm. Only Turkey alcohol, only 2-4 alcohol from import even it's ultra-all-inclusive .
