  Excelente ubicación al menos para la zona empresarial ya que esta céntrica con respecto de varias zonas donde se concentran empresas de la industria electronica y metal mecánica, este hotel tiene uno de los mejores servicios que he visto, todo su personal es en demasía atento con los huéspedes, en particular el personal del restaurante es extraordinariamente cálido y amable, definitivamente una excelente opción para hospedarse tanto en plan familiar o de negocios.

  Fresh and new!

  This is the third hotel Ive checked into for this business trip and the first one that is brand new, fresh and modern - how very refreshing! The check in process was quick and easy. The welcome drink was delicious - Im not one for fizzy drink but this one was delicious. The room was very well presented, the bed comfortable and provided a base for a very good night sleep. The bathroom so clean and sparkly! The toiletries from Crabtree & Evelyn. I could stay in the room for a couple of days just relaxing. The buffet breakfast selection was plentiful and everything aesthetically pleasing and delicious! Highly recommended! Oh, added bonus - it is walking distance to Eon Mall which looks like a good place to shop and so close to the train station.

  Im very happy with the treatment I received at the executive lounge of Hilton. All the staff are very friendly especially Lisa Setiawan and Claire Shi. They asked me how the food was and what recommendations I can give to make the place better. My only restriction is I dont eat pork. Other than that, the selection was great.

  Very very new hotel so much so you can still smell the fresh new carpet.

  Far and away the best room we stayed in on out China Tour with Nexus Holidays. The room was huge and very modern. My mother in law room had no power though i her power points and a flickering light and it was useless trying to call housekeeping as they would just hang up if you were talking English. I had to go down to front desk to speak with them to get an engineer to come up. The Duty Manager, Allan I think his name, tried hard to be as helpful as he could. The engineer fixed the tripped fuse and the power was restored and then he disconnected the light that was flickering. I asked for two ice buckets and a bottle opener but they said they didn't have ice buckets and they would not let me borrow the one they did have at the bar to take to my room to open a bottle of wine we had. Allan took our bottle away and had it opened and returned it soon after. A little while later he returned with a bucket of ice and asked me to empty the ice into something so he could take the bucket back. I said I didn't have anything else hence why I asked for the buckets in the first place. The I have to try and fit all the ice into a tiny kettle, mugs and glasses. I suggested to Allan they should invest in a few ice buckets and bottle openers.

  Family long weekend

  With stunning architecture, location next to a metro station, child friendly pool and freindly, professional welcoming staff this was the best Hiltion I have stayed in the world. As a Diamond member my family were upgraded to a suite with inter-connecting room which was welcome.
