    Horribles habitaciones comida y ducha sin agua caliente

    Las piscinas guapísimas y los niños disfrutan por todo lo que hay alrededor pero las habitaciones muy viejas, sucias y sin agua caliente, suerte que hacía calor. La comida del bufete malísima y el desayuno horrible. Había hasta moscas muertas dentro de las botellas de aceite. Tiene las 4 estrellas por las instalaciones de fuera que si que son buenas. Está alejado de los lugares de mayor interés si es una visita de lugares históricos y lejos de las buenas playas.

    Put up by tui flight delay

    Horrendous. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours by tui and we were put up in this hotel. I would rather have been queuing at the airport for all those hours than spending 12 hours here. We had come from a 2 star apartment to what was supposedly a 4 star. Our 2 star was much better than this. Air con would not switch off, room was dark, spacious but smelly and old fashioned. Bathroom dirty with no bath or sink plugs. Just looked like a council estate with the way it was set out and the state of the corridors etc. Also found that its an all inclusive but only at certain bars are the free drinks free..ie local beer. Other bars you have to pay. Staff look fed up. We risked the evening meal and got there as soon as it had opened. Wished we hadnt the hot food was cold. Ended up eating chips as it was the only thing we could find hot. To say that the restaurant would then be open for at least another hour and the food is being served up cold from the start isnt acceptable. No wonder we always book self catering holidays. Not encouraged me to go on all inclusive holidays. This hotel put a complete dampener on what had been a great holiday. We tui you need to remove them from your hotel lists, they are an embarrassment to your company.

    2 Star at best

    We stayed here for 1 week at the end of August! On arrival, which was late at night, I could see it wasn't 4star and when we got to our rooms we all were really deflated and I did consider calling On the beach to change hotels! However in the morning when we opened the curtains and saw the view, we thought we'd give it a go! That was probably the best bit about this hotel! The pool. The food was awful and I mean awful! Only decent thing was the watermelon and the kids rated the ice cream! We all ended up unwell as the food was luke warm! Thankfully we only booked a week! Star beach is next door and that IS a 4 star hotel! Wow, what a difference! Eri beach may have been 4 star when it was built but not now! Rooms were very dated but clean, room maid was lovely. I'd never go back! Think this is hotel is catered more for Russians. There was no entertainment and we never saw any animation team anywhere! Overall we had a nice time. We needed the break but hugely disappointed! This is a polite review!

    Brick and clean

    Good relaxing hotel plenty of room for kids. Sun beds no Problem as plenty. Food good but the dame every day so a bit boring. No entertainment, but safe for kids. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but clean, plenty of hot water. Saves in each room. As well as aircon.

    Don't look at negative reviews

    We stayed here as a family of 5 in a total group of 12 people. After reading the reviews we were very anxious upon arrival. Yes the rooms are dated, find me a hotel in this price band that isn't. This isn't Spain. Yes the food is catered more towards the Russian population but did it stop up from having food.... No there was always some fresh meat on the grill and a selection of salad and many more dishes. The drinks could be better but it's not bad, coffee and cake on an afternoon is a must. Been in a large group no entertainment bothered us, we created our own. Tip the top pool is very quite we had it to our self for the whole two weeks until the last few days when they started to close up. The town is a short walk away with plenty to offer and a walk to the marina is also good. We had a couple of instances where we had to go to the reception the air con wasn't working but within 20mins someone was there fixing it. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. I was kind of glad there wasn't many British people there as the one family we did find all they did was whine at least you can't understand the other nationalities if they are complaining Overall we would 100% come back, the management and the team are doing a great job.
