  Las habitaciones son pequenas y bastante basicas para un 5 estrellas, apenas calificarian como 3 estrellas. La cena de la media pension es muy mala, el desayuno no es bueno y lo unico bueno son las camas.-

  Esta orientado a familias locales

  Lo bueno y lo malo de este hotel. Para empezar las fotos que muestran las paginas como Booking y Expedia no se parecen ni de cerca a la realidad. Nosotros habíamos reservado una habitación doble standard con vistas al mar y la habitación que nos dieron no llegaba a económica, vistas a ningún lado y además, colchón pésimo (se hundía), entrabas y se notaba un olor a humedad horrible, en las paredes e incluso cuadros se podían observar la humedad. Evidentemente bajamos a recepción para expresar nuestra queja y que queríamos un cambio de habitación.. cual fue nuestra sorpresa? Ningún empleado del hotel habla inglés, como pretenden que los extranjeros nos comuniquemos?? Finalmente a la mañana siguiente, en recepción estaba Mohammed, gracias a el (que si sabia un poco ingles) nos cambio de habitación y pasamos el resto de la semana bien, la habitación era correcta pero no una maravilla para lo que pagas. Respecto al "all inclusive", es de bastante baja calidad y poca variedad. Todo esta orientado para la gente local. Por ultimo, el parking del hotel es un autentico caos.. no hay apenas sitio y ponen los coches como pueden teniendo que estar moviéndonos todo el tiempo. El día que nos fuimos tardaron 45 minutos de reloj en mover los coches para poder salir y casi perdemos el avión. Iban con la mayor tranquilidad del mundo y no te ayudan en nada. Ponen niños de 20 años a mover coches y ni siquiera saben conducir como espera mover un Porsche? (Tuvo que moverlo en nuestro caso después de tanto insistirle porque perdíamos el avión) Vergonzoso!!!! Lo único bueno del hotel fue el servicio de Mohammed y Orhan.. gracias a ellos pudimos disfrutar de nuestra estancia.

  FILTHY STOMACH CHURNING HOTEL SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE / NO Hot WATER!!! ISOLATED HELL HOLE Crystal bodrum hotel

  Upon my arrival, I noticed the reception area looked dirty, tired and run down. On the way to the room the corridors we're filthy. We got to our room and went to take a shower and realised we had no towels. We were told sorry there are none left. After a few words we were brought 2 bathrobes to use as a makeshift towel to share between 4 people. The worst thing is, We quickly learnt that there is no hot water to even take a shower, the showers we're cold, black and mouldy. Overall filthy, to top it all off the bathroom smelled like sewage. Bottled water in the fridge is not toped up, bedding has holes and stains. There is no wifi in rooms and very poor in the lobby. I had to ask for toilet paper as it is not automatically replaced. Staff all around hotel, Cannot speak English. Scenery and views outside are great that's about it.   Good stay in a nice hotel

  We stayed in a family room for 3 nights recently, room was rather cramped and bathroom some what dated (we moved rooms as the original bathroom for a disabled person was not great as water went everywhere from the show and was very slippy). The pools were good, we mainly used the big pool as the kids liked it, no problem getting sunbeds and good for towels. The beach area was very good, with sun bathing areas both covered and uncovered and a jetty leading to the sea so people could swim safely in the sea, the bar and food at the beach was ok. Food was good for all meals, seemingly enough variation for all. Bars were ok but only the pool bar open after evening meal was a bit restrictive, staff were helpful and friendly, some maybe a tad too friendly with young girls. I would consider coming back for a short stay.

  DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

  This hotel was BY FAR the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at . I took my partner as hed never been to turkey and wed been told it was lovely . When we arrived at 1:30am , we were dropped at the bottom of a huge hill( the hotel was situated at the top) and the driver refused to take us to the top . We had to walk with all our luggage uphill in 29 degree heat . When we finally got to the reception the staff were rude to us by saying we looked dirty and sweaty and kept speaking in a foreign language in front of us about us . It took the staff 45 minutes for them to take us to our room. When we got to our first room we were given two single beds instead of a double which we had requested. I went straight back to the reception to discuss this and was told its too late at night and Id have to wait until the morning . So , in the morning I went back to the reception and was told there might not be any other rooms available so Id need to come back after lunch . We went to breakfast and there was nothing English to eat . All the food was covered in flies and stray cats were roaming the restraunt . We went around the hotel to find our bearings and it looked nothing like the pictures online . It was very run down and dirty. There is no entertainment at all. On the website it states there is disabled access I saw none at all . All of the staff kept trying to sell me things when I was eating or relaxing . We moved rooms the following day and we were given a room with a broken door and mould everywhere so I mentioned this to reception and I was told I was too fussy and I should stop complaining . We bought one boat trip because it seemed nice but found out the staff were letting German people have it much cheaper than us . The hill that the hotel is on would not be fit for anyone old , fragile, disabled , or pregnant because it is so steep and long and me and my partner struggled to walk up it . The drinks included are only house vodka or rum and they taste awful , every other alcohol you have to pay for . The rooms are covered in mould , most things are broken , and they are dirty. The hallways of the hotel are filthy and so is all of the hotel . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone .
