  Wonderful

  I stayed for 3 nights during visit to Canton fair . It was comforatble stay and enjoyable Great location & nice ambience . The market and other eateries are very near and approachable. You get foot massage near by at reasonable price

  amazing

  I stayed at the china hotel when i went to one of the trade fairs i go twice a year, First off the food is to die for its the biggest buffet in the world with the finest food you could ever want .I thought id died and gone to hevan its quite expensive but worth every penny .i would give the food 6 stars .The location is very central with lots of interesting shops nearby.If you are not staying in the hotel i suggest you book up for the buffet i promise you you will not be dissapointed.

  Tired 5 star

  Room 1866 on the Executive Floor. Even though I was on the Executive Floor they wanted an additional 400 RMB/$65 USD a day to access the Executive Club. Room itself was huge. You walk into a very large sleeping area with a big flatscreen TV, nice working desk and kingsize bed. You then walk through a door into a good size dressing area and closet complete with one robe and slippers. (I wondered why there was not a second robe) From there you emerge into a large bathroom with rain shower and separate tub. The breakfast buffet was included with the room. The buffet provided many selections from asian to western style omelets and fried eggs. Several fresh fruit selections and pastries. Food was fresh, replenished often and hot. The overall hotel has several expensive places to eat and one lounge off the outdoor pool. The second night of our stay the lounge however was closed for a private party. There was no other location in the hotel to have a drink and talk with friends. The hotel is a five star by China standards. However it is beginning to be tired and by western standards is probably more a four star. A plus is that the metro is right outside the door so there is easy access to transportation.

  Good hotel, very bad reception service !

  The hotel is ordinary but fine. Old but upto quality. But i need to warn you for your check in proces. They swiped my card 4 times for my deposit. I entered the pin code each time, but according to the staf, the pin was wrong..... at the 4 th time i entered a different pin, since i started to be in doubt. Then the employee said: now your card is locked..... Evenually they charged a depostit 3 times.... Still one deposit is open, while i paid my night via another transaction. I am curious to see what will happen with my monthly settlement. All in all a bad experience. The rest of the hotel was good.

  Old but gold

  We stayed one night in China Hotel Guangzhou. The reception desk was very friendly and offered us quickly our room as we arrived 10 pm in the morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was large and good. In general the hotel is not new but everything is clean and in good condition.
