  Visita de feria

  Estuvimos alojados durante tres días por feria en el NEC. Habitaciones standard en las que no te llevas sorpresas. El desayuno no muy bueno. No recomiendo cenar en el mismo hotel. A 20 metros hay une restaurante bastante aceptable. Algo incómodas las mantas en las camas individuales. De todos modos, en general un buen hotel para para negocios

  Overnight.

  Great location for Birmingham airport. We stayed one nigh with a weeks parking for £74. There's a nice pub next door called The Little Owl If you want to eat there, make sure you book a table before you travel. Perfect for what we wanted.

  Ideal place to stay

  Very good value for the money. Stayed here while visiting nearby areas. Plenty of parking and it's easy to find. The Breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely helpful to us. Will use again for sure.

  DO NOT BOOK HERE ATTEMPTED THEFT.

  I stayed the night before our holiday to Turkey and paid for a weeks parking at this hotel. When we arrived back at 3am we opened the car to find the locks had been broken and someone had ripped apart all the electrics and attempted to hotwire the vehicle. I arranged for a out of hours company to collect the vehicle and store it overnight as it wasn't safe due to the condition of it. Next morning then had to get the car towed back to South Wales and we both had to get a train back hone with all of our luggage. The hotel said there's nothing they can do its park at your own risk, better off parking on the side of the road. They have barriers to come in and tokens to leave but its so easy to walk in and get a token nobody even asks who you are or why you need one. Car was parked directly in front of hotel yet somehow wasn't in view of CCTV?! No offer of a refund or any help just sorry it happened its your own risk to leave it. Manager said they couldnt pay for our travel home because I arranged for the car to be picked up myself, as if it was a choice to leave it there! Only saving grace was the man on the night shift was very helpful with contacting police and sorting a room out. Do not use if you value your car.

  Cheap and cheerful place to stay

  Stayed here during the summer holiday whilst having a trip to Drayton Manor. It was the cheapest Holiday Inn around and maybe this showed but all in all was a pleasant stay. Staff, on check in they seemed to be so rude (to the guest in front of me) I couldnt believe anyone would talk to someone in this way - never in da customer Covid breakfast ok but hospitality was missing during our stay.
