  The staff make the stay worthwhile

  Stayed only one night for a staff Christmas party. Geraldine was excellent when I called to book our room - very accommodating and friendly. Jann and Miquel were working the desk on the day of our arrival and were professional, friendly, and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable, as were the lobby, breakfast, and pool areas. The hotel is located within proximity to anything you might need. The hotel uses re-fillable containers on the shower walls instead of individual shampoo and conditioner bottles which is a huge deal! (They still have a tiny bottle of lotion if you need it!) Now, time to get rid of the free bottles of water! I appreciate the sentiment , but not the extra plastic! All in all, I recommend this hotel.

  Bedbugs

  They have Bedbugs and the manager does not care.When we complained about the bed bugs they gave us another room..which had dead bugs on the floor. The hot water literally took ten minutes everyday to make it to the room. In general this hotel is just dirty. The staff is really nice though.

  Dirty and rundown

  This hotel is quite rundown and dirty and is not worth the high rate. Toilets dont flush, sinks plugged, showers do not work properly, etc. Everything is very loud. Booked for a special rate and then it was changed to high rate even after receiving confirmation email.

  Just like home....

  I have been staying at this property off and on for the last 4 years. From the very first stay. The staff, the rooms, and amenities have been better than one could expect! Jenn & Geraldine ALWAYS greet you with a warm smile and the utmost professionalism. I definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay when youre in the Yorkton area.

  Comfortable, clean, affordable.

  Covid regulations were followed. The hotel was very clean and the price was perfect. I'm a student so always looking for a good deal. The beds were comfortable and the tub was a little small but otherwise it was very comfortable. The hotel has a pool and fitness center. It's close to the casino and a gas station across the parking lot which was super convienient.
