  Un hotel inolvidable

  Espectacular hotel, en una muy buena ubicación, cerca a restaurantes y almacenes de cadena, las habitaciones bastantes amplias, limpias, el personal muy amable e interés por cumplir con las necesidades

  It's clean, nice folks, but like living in a thin walled plywood box

  I am a road warrior and this was hotel #8 of 8 with 4,664 miles in 2 weeks. The hotel staff seemed very nice. When I was checking in, one patron was expressing concerns about a crack and ants. The front desk explained the hotel was relatively new, settling was occurring, and she would send someone to spray the ants. No big deal, it happens. I get to my floor and immediately notice its a wooden structure, as my roller bag sounded like a herd of buffalo roaring down the hall. The walls are super thin. I could here everything in the room next to me. It was not a restfully stay. As I was checking out, I told the desk clerk about the thin walls. As she was trying to tell me someone else mentioned that and how she told them it wasn't that bad, a thunderous BOOM came from overhead. I pointed up and said, "EXACTLY!" to which she replied it was probably housekeeping flipping a mattress. I frequent the area, and this was my first time at this location. I don't believe I will be back.

  Amazing Customer Service

  Aimee is hands down one of the nicest and most accommodating customer service reps Ive ever encountered. She made sure we had everything we needed and even provided us with the items we thought we had brought with, but didnt. From the time we arrived to the time we left, and even when we came back because we forgot something, she made sure our stay was exceptional. We have stayed at one other Home2 Suites and this is now our preferred hotel choice. For those who care about cleanliness, yes both Hotel & Room were clean. We did not use the pool or fitness room.

  Amazing!

  The people were so kind and happy. Especially April, she let me have a notebook to do my homework and she let me keep it! Also the pool and room was very clean! We stayed for 2 nights. Five stars definitely recommend.

  Highly Recommend!

  I recently stayed in Home2 Suites on a business trip. I love the atmosphere; I was impressed with my room & the Front desk agents were polite, welcoming and very helpful! Aimee was the agent at my arrival- her personality is amazing and she went out of her way to help me out in regards to sight seeing, restaurant and possible living recommendations; not only around Florence KY, but in surrounding states as well. She was very patient and knowledgeable! The staff make you feel comfortable; felt like I gained friends being there. Ill definitely go back!
