  Don't be late!

  At the 5. of October 2015 we went to Germany for a consultation with a cancer doctor (we are from Denmark). The consultation got very delayed, so we had to book a room to spend the night. We ordred Hotel Kaiserhof through my phone in a restaurant with WiFi. When we got close to the hotel, the where roadworks, so it took a lot longer than expected to get there. When we got to the hotel it was a couple of minutes to 10 pm. We couldn't find a parking space, so we had to drive around in the neighbourhood to find one - in hotels.com it said free parking, so of course we thought there was a parking space for us. When we got back to the hotel a couple of minutes after 22, nobody where there. On a sign it said that there were check-in until 10 pm. We tried calling the Hotel on the number writing down on the counter of their reception. No answer. So we ended up sleeping in the car without blankets near the highway. When I got to Denmark my phone's Internet startet to work. And I got an email from the Hotel, that they sent 22 min before 10 pm. It said: Hello, In front of our Hotel entrance , we have a safe, I put your keys in there . Safe is number XXX number code is XXX. Check in 22 hours. So maybe they left before 10 o'clock? Why didn't they call (they had my number) to tell about the key? Why do they have a phonenumber on the counter, if they don't answer? I could understand, if we came very late, but we didn't - just a couple of minutes. I wrote to the Hotel with these questions, but no response. I just gave them a lot of money for sleeping in a cold car, and they apparently didn't considers it appropriate to write back. So disappointed!

  Bad service ever

  The worst receptionist ever. We got a wrong room at the day we arrived and the second day another male receptionist came to us and wanted to charge us a big amount of money. We disagreed and he said we can pay nothing as an exchange, we have to write a good review for them.

  Bad experience as others

  Never think its service and quality will be a star hotel. I even suggest them to close. I was surprised by the rude receptionist. He was trying to charge more money from credit card. Except if you can write a good review for them. Then you know where are these good review from. Most time, traveller does not want to be bothered. They write review and leave It. But, this is not for me.

  Good hotel for overnight

  Spent one night in Sep 2018 for one night. Travelled by car - which was good. It is not hard to reach the hotel, not far from that are supermarkets and also some small pubs. The room was clean, good comfort of sleeping. Interesting is the architecture, some rooms are in the building, in the first floor, some of them are in the inner yard, accessible from outside.

  Nice hotel.

  Pleasant hotel. Sort of American motel style with rooms accessed from the outside. They have rooms facing the car park and the garden. Also have rooms in the loft. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. Large bathroom with hot water shower with good pressure. Front desk was pleasant and order taxis for us. Breakfast was good. Selection of cheeses and cold cuts of meat with breads. Yogurts and cereal. Good teas and coffees. The Spanish restaurant next to the hotel was very good. Large selection of Spanish tapas and full meals. We would stay again.
