  Great customer service, beautiful room, not as clean as expected

  Great staff, hand sanitizer everywhere, beautiful room. Not as clean as expected - lipstick mark on the bathroom wall, hair in the sink, dirt/marks on the curtains, fingerprints on the bathroom door. We took it upon ourselves to wipe down and disinfect the room and then felt much better. It was super dusty, so assumed that meant no one had been in the room for a while. Wish they would have cleaned it again before we were put in there though. No valet parking right now, which wasnt accommodated for. Still would have cost money and would have had to call staff to let us in the garage every time - feel that parking should have been free or less expensive because of it.

  Great place, stop looking and book it.

  Covid put a damper on everything but this place did a great job keeping up with customer service, friendly staff and cleanliness. Very interesting, historical bldg, bright and clean, nice spacious rooms with everything I needed.

  Very nice hotel, kinda rough area

  Some siren noise at night but no room noise or noise from neighbors. Lovely room, kind people. If you are flying into St. Paul this is great place to stay. Parking is not awful in the other decks near by, if the hotels price is to high for you.

  holidays

  was great from check in to check out! We will be staying again! Location was great for our family. with the covid pandemic going on, they were right on top of making sure that all guest and their employees were following safety guidelines with everything! the rooms were very spacious and clean.

  Great historic but modern hotel

  I stayed one night in the Hyatt Place Hotel in St. Paul, Minnesota. The building is beautiful and has a great history. The rooms have soaring ceilings and windows. Very comfortable, and wonderfully decorated. I would recommend!
