  Hotel en la montaña !!!

  En la ladera de la montaña esta este hermoso hotel colonial , con mobiliarios de epoca en las habitaciones y un hogar a leños. Baño muy comodo y buena limpieza. Lo mas destacado son sus jardines y el lugar para desayunar o tomar un te , todo vidreado en el medio del jardin. Desde el parque se ve parte de la ciudad y las laderas de otras montañas. Muy bonito y muy tranquilo.

  Must visit one

  Place was like heaven on earth picturesque.. excellent hospitality and food must visit I loved the glass door place Rooms are Well maintained in the vintage style reception desk is very supportive which is very rare in many resorts. Overall an enjoyable experience..

  Birthday dinner party

  Fantastic arrangement for birthday dinner . The food was awesome and the ambiance was simply awesome . Special thanks to Mr.Danial the restaurant manager for arranging it all.It was a lovely evening and king's Cliff was a rite choice we made for our celebration.

  Cozy and just Magical

  Standing at the top of Ooty's high cliffs is this cozy little property that is rich in natural beauty and surrounded by its local trees and birds. KING'S Cliff is an inn providing you a bed and breakfast with a fireplace. The rooms are categorized into 3 variants and I always try to make an advance booking to get the one with a garden view. All rooms have this amazing fireplace feature which is probably their best selling USP. It is hygienic and spacious. I have visited this place may be 3 or 4 times and stayed twice, it has never siezed to amaze me. The staff is extremely helpful and the food is like OMG, mouth smackingly delicious. They have an array of veg as well as non veg starters, main course and dessert. The French onion soup is so uniquely flavorful. The kebabs on the menu are definitely worth a try, however you must try the nihari lamb gosht, they also have the crispiest french fries that I have ever tasted and the earl's secret brownie recipe is to die for!! They have their own website under its parent company called LITTLE EARTH It is best to make bookings directly as you can put forward all your special requirements for your stay. Special thanks to Mr. SANJAY who welcomed us with warmth and graciously escorted us through out our stay at King's Cliff. He will also help you book your traveling requirements around the city and assist you with good recommendations for activities available. A must visit and a must stay for all the nature lovers and for those who want to regain some good positive energy and just want a break from their mundane lifestyle. Also, a shout out to Mr. Shekhar Anna who took care of us from the point of dropping off our bags in our room to liting up the fireplace and giving us an insight to the various activities that can be undertaken during the stay in the beautiful Nilgiris hills. Don't even hesitate to call them up and make your booking, make sure you book it well in advance as the place is almost always occupied. It's not too far away from the bus point and it's a guarantee to making unlimited joyful memories.

  Recommended for all those who are looking to stay at a close proximity to the city

  Excellent hospitality, good stay and food. If you are looking to stay closer to the city this place will not be a disappointment. They also organised a trek for us on request. If you are someone interested in trekking do ask them if they can organise one for you.
