    Exceptionally comfortable room at a very reasonable price

    We wanted queen beds in a room with enough space for three travellers with quite a lot of luggage and found them at this very pleasant family run hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, too. And breakfast was good. One of our most comfortable nights in a longish car journey.

    Affordable -

    The bed was comfortable, room was clean enough, but rough around the edges. Needs to be given a face lift. My biggest complaint is the noise, lots of outside noise and prople loitering around lobby and parking lot

    Interstate 10 travels

    We were a little hesitant about this hotel. Not to worry, the room was clean and the whole first floor is a non-smoking floor. We would consider this hotel to be 'no-frills' but was reasonably priced, quiet and a good location. Lots of truckers and workers use this hotel and we felt quite safe. Check-in was quick and courteous. Will stay here again. No negatives that I can think of. Breakfast is ok, one strange thing is that the owners ask you not to take breakfast back to your room. That makes sense considering how sloppy some people are.

    Well worth it

    Have stopped here twice. Both times were clean. Staff was considerate and helpful. Sits next door to Wal-Mart in case you need anything. Local food is very good. I will stop again if I'm back in the area.

    Rough around the edges

    I was not particularly impressed with this place from check in, we arrived just after midnight, I went in as a female on my own, doors locked and a plated glass window to talk to the receptionist, who wouldn't let me in until I proved proof of reservation. Unhelpful and un friendly. Room seemed clean but very very dated with damaged furniture and no hot water that night (it worked in the morning). Breakfast looked ok but they didn't have hot water for tea and refused to give me any only coffee! It's cheap but you get what you pay for!
