  Recomended hotel

  This is first time stay in the premiere hotel pekanbaru for me and family, room is cleaning and verry verry good service from staff, i like room view (taman kaca mayang) and the hotel near shopping mall, For me this is recomended hotel

  Bad lobby service

  Need to improve for lobby services. Should not less than 5 minutes for guess in waiting. Should separate service/desk for group guess, it makes other guests waiting for long time more than 10 minutes. Small drop off area makes the queue to public street

  First experience to Pekanbaru and stay at the premiere hotel

  My first trip to Pekanbaru, many interesting sights and many hotels. My friend recommends to stay here. this hotel is very satisfying both in terms of service and room conditions. The food served at breakfast is very many choices and tastes good. the staff at the restaurant is very friendly, her name is Dhuha. She has a sweet smile and very helpful. Even though I stayed only one night but it was quite memorable and satisfied. I will come back to stay at the same hotel.

  Great Hotel

  Such a great hotel Staff is so friendly, food is also delicious, facility is absolutely nice. Price is affordable. But the lift is so small Lounge is also nice with live music in the weekend, Great Job to this hotel

  Does not deserve it's rating

  What is wrong with other reviewers? How is this a 5 star rated hotel on TripAdvisor? I suppose by Pekanbaru standards it's decent, but 5 stars!? I'm not sure. Like many of the other guests have pointed out, the elevator is SLOWWWW, and packed like sardines (COVID social distancing, much?). We booked the executive rooms for work but it turned out that all of the executive rooms were only smoking rooms - Despite the fact that they were listed otherwise on Booking.com where we placed our reservation. Are executives in Pekanbaru exclusively smokers? Apparently. So we were downgraded to a 'superior' room (nothing superior about it, I assure you), and not offered any compensation or money back for the downgrade. To make matters worse, during breakfast they made us a cappuccino (not even that great) and tried to charge us for it. And on check out they checked our room first before letting us leave. Besides the fact that the mini bar was locked anyway (so what could we steal?), it was outright tacky for a supposed 4 star hotel. The rooms are okay. Nothing to write home about and smelled of mildew. Lots of questionable stains on the chairs, bed, and carpet from prior 'executives'. All in all, a fairly whatever experience with the only redeeming quality being the massage lady being decent and the food being alright.
