  Dreadful!!!!!

  This hotel i highly recommend you give it a wide birth, the staff are rude , they book locals into your room and give you whatever is left, the brochure pictures are nothing like what it seems when you get here, even the hotel manager has a attitude and is reluctant to assist in problem solving . All in all lovely country but there is way better places to stay in the surrounding area. This hotel will spoil your trip and make you feel you have wasted your hard earned money BE WARNED 2017

  Shocking!!

  This hotel promised a lot! The photos made it look amazing! It was far from it! The pool bar was not open so we had to use another pool which had a nearby bar. Towels were changed only once in the week with the room NEVER being touched, placing a toilet roll on the door handle!! We got there to locked doors having to drag cases to Rainbow 2 to check in then back round as the reception was not open!! Pool area run down. No entertainment. Vwry rude staff!! Security telling us we could not use the pool at Rainbow 2 even though Rainbow 3 had NO refreshment facilities!! If you are wanting a safe they are in reception at Rainbow 2. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

  Hotel looks nothing like in the pictures

  We booked our stay through ebookers and found out straight away the hotel was in horrible condition. Pictures you can find online have been taken many, many years ago. Hotel reception and pool bar weren't open at all (it's a apartment hotel complex of few hotels with only one open reception at rainbow 1, couple hundred meters away from rainbow 3). There's was no fancy sun beds in the pool area, just regular dirty chairs. Cleaning was a joke and during our stay we only got clean towels and bedding once. We had to change rooms after the first night since the bed was so worn out we couldn't sleep in it. Hotel manager didn't offer any compensation what so ever and didn't even apologize of the situation. Breakfast was so bad that no normal person could eat what they served, no wonder there were no other people eating. Wouldn't even give that "food" to my dog. Needless to say we didn't go to the breakfast after the first morning. The hotel is descriped to be a 4 star resort club which couldn't be more far away from the truth. The only positive thing was a working air con and short distance to the beach.

  Terrible!

  Looks nothing like in the pictures! The photos made it look amazing! It was far from it! Pool area very old and run down. Breakfast was so bad! Bed was so worn out that there was a pit in the middle...

  Not worth it

  I stayed at the hotel with two friends in an apartment , but the apartment was very dirty . The maid didnt take out the trash at no point during our visit so we had to take it out ourselves. Just terrible. And the bunk bed just broke so my friend couldnt sleep well. Wouldnt go there again , otherwise sunny beach is a perfect place for the summer !
