  I couldn't imagine a better atmosphere. Animators deserve more than five. Thanks to them I felt like staying longer than I planned to vacation. The chefs cook with taste. The omelette lord is amazing, I wish that in every hotel there was such a comforting man in the morning. Zeus for you 10+! A person with a unique character. I would like to come back I highly recommend !!!!

  Very nice Hotels

  Very nice Hotel, best team, best people, best entertainment, very clean camera, good food and diversification, in conclusion very good hotel. Congratulations to staff, and anymore in this wonderful hotels.. The whole hotel was beautiful and perfectly clean. We had a 4-member family room, with a decent balcony and bathroom. The staff in the restaurant, at the reception, the maids and everyone we met there were maximally helpful, friendly and lovely. The meals were impeccable, including the beach bar: the variation of foods, the taste, the quality, the quantity, very fullfilling! The pool was big and clean.Great animation team! Team was a real angel from the very first day, she took care of our little children and spent a lot of time them. The sea was like a 2-3 minutes walk far from the hotel. We fell in love with shore! In conclusion an excellent resort with great people More Congratulations to staff, and anymore in this wonderful hotels.

  Great dissapointment

  Our 1st time in turkey so wasnt sure which resort was best to stay in. We booked here for a week, we were the only British in the hotel, lots of germans and Russians who didnt know how to queue and dont understand the concept of manners. The food was very much the same day in day out and catered more for the German and Russian cuisine, food was rather bland. We lived off chips, oven baked bread and chicken. The beach area was lovely and the rooms were very clean. When we arrived after a very long late night transfer we were put in a room that faced the main highway, we had paid for a seaview room this wasnt accommodated until late afternoon the following day. When you pay extra and book a specific room you expect that's the room you will be given or better, sorting this out wasted most of our 1st day. The staff didnt speak much english so trying to get a drink was sometimes difficult. I asked for a spoon in the restaurant the waitress clearly didnt understand what I was asking for, after 3 attempts she shrugged her shoulders and walked off. There are 2 barzaars are in walking distance, haggle your prices down and walk out of the shops, they soon come running after you and give you the price you want. Check out the quality of goods as some shops are lots better quality than others for generally the same price. Each to their own but all in all as a British tourist I would not visit this hotel or this resort in turkey again.

  The best animation team! Most entertaining holiday!

  Me, my sister and brother stayed for 5 days. Although they said that animations were low due to covid-19, we had no free moments. there were activities and games that we can participate in every hour. and also every night they have activities and shows. It was obvious that the animation team and the dj are experienced and they love their job. their energies were beautiful so we all had fun. Thank you so much again to Sezar, Zeus, DJ and Team Captain Johny. It was also quite sufficient for cleaning. Our room was cleaned regularly every day. Towels were changed. The staff working in the restaurant and bar were also very kind. meals were served by the staff. food variety was sufficient. but we did not like the taste of the desserts very much. I think the covid-19 measures were enough as much as possible. it was a bit of queue at dinner, but that was expected. our only disappointment was the sea was not a sand. It was possible to swim only by entering the sea from the pier. I think the stones need to be cleaned. We had a nice holiday thanks again to the Raymar team!

  No mask, no respect - Next to a construction Site

  Recently checked-in to this hotel. Much to our dismay, almost no one in the public areas are wearing masks. There is limited to none social distancing. The receptionists are disrespectful and unhelpful. And, the terrible view: the room with "sea view", should be named as "abandoned construction view" to make it more accurate. I have been travelling in Turkey for the past 5 weeks and stayed more than 10 hotels, this is by far the worst managed place I have seen. Never coming back again.
