  Great visit!

  My husband and I were very impressed with this hotel. Its in a great area, its very nice and clean, and has lots of great amenities. It has the best continental breakfast Ive ever had at a hotel! We would definitely stay at this location again and well look for Staybridge Suites in our future travels!

  Long stay, but a good stay!

  Our family of four and our dog stayed at this hotel for 5 weeks! We were in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. It was very homey and comfortable. Jim, the general manager, and his staff were super friendly and always very helpful. We got to know much of the staff during our stay and they were all great. We couldnt have asked for a more affordable, better place to stay while we were in between houses. Free breakfast every day, with fresh fruit, free laundry, a nice outdoor space with a couple grills, a pool and workout room, basic housekeeping every day and a cleaning once a week. Our room was on the third floor in the back and it was super quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel!

  Convenient and close. . .

  My daughter and I recently stayed one night after a Christian concert. It was convenient and close by the church where the event was held. The room was clean, however it didnt have a shower curtain. The front desk clerk was courteous and quickly rectified the problem. The next morning, we went down to the designated area for the complimentary breakfast. We felt so bad, they only had one worker trying to get everything done. She did a good job but needless to say that was too much to expect one worker to do on a Sunday morning. Hopefully they will be able to hire more people to help out on weekends.

  Highly disappointed

  So it took us almost 30 minutes to check in because the front desk staff was no where to be found. When she finally did show up she was unapologetic. After check in I was alerted to when it how breakfast was serve, if any amenities, like the pool , was open, there was a restaurant onsite; nothing. Get to the room, it smells as if someone just checked out and they cleaned it in 10 minutes. We also didnt have a remote. We waited almost 3 hours to get one because the front desk staff wasnt at the desk when we called nor was she down there before we went to the store & after we returned. The stove top was disgusting as if no one ever cleans it; as well as the coffee maker. I would probably never stay there again.

  Very dirty and in poor state of repair

  I traveled with my wife on a work trip which we extended to spend some time in Chicago. This hotel is where they put her up under her bosses name. Had it not been for that I would have left. We changed rooms twice after the first room. First night she gets ready for bed. Room was not great but passable. She climbs on the bed and from across the room I can see it wobbling terribly. She looks underneath and the plastic feet are loose/off the frame in addition to dusty filthy mess and debris. We are moved to room number 2 We get to room 2 expecting all to be well. There's a loose tile next to the tub but "I'm not buying it" so we let it go. Room is similar in condition to first room, passable but not stand out by any means. I am awakened at 3am by wife because of a noise she thinks is a fire alarm. It is actually the heater squeeling. The closet door was falling off the track and we found a waterbug in the closet. Welcome to room 3. Going into Room 3 we are not optimistic. We look over everything. Mostly looks ok I turn the heater on to be sure it is not making noise. After we think all is ok we move our things. After moving we sit and notice a large spot on the bed runner. Wife looks closer and finds droplet spots all over/around the runner, what appears to be some kind of bio waste. Wife says she is not moving again and calls and requests they replace the runner. We go out and upon return find the runner removed. It must have been the first time it had ever been taken off. Under the bed you could see debris and a film of dust that looked a 1/4 inch thick. We toughed out the remainder of the stay. Needless to say I'd never return nor would I recommend. We suggester to her boss they never use the place again and they agreed. The people at the desk were helpful when we presented our issues.
