  Estupenda ubicación y amplio apartamento

  No sabíamos nada sobre este pueblo, pero nos alojamos en un lugar perfecto. El hotel está situado a 5 minutos a pie de los bares ingleses y alemanes y de la vida nocturna, sin embargo los alrededores del hotel son agradables y tranquilos, y la mayoría de la gente que vive allí son locales. Hay 2 bares a menos de 50 metros y una piscina con agua del mar. El autobús que va a la mayoría de los destinos de la isla para a 25 metros del hotel, lo que es fantástico. Desde el hotel puedes coger el autobús a Palma, Alcudia y también directamente a Soller. El balcón es fantástico, grande y espacioso. Los apartamentos son bastante amplios pero no modernos, no hay televisión, pero sí una pequeña cocina y una nevera. Hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones incluido en el precio lo cual está bien, pero tienes que pagar por la caja fuerte en la habitación lo cual, en mi opinión, es de ser un poco codicioso. El cuarto de baño tiene un buen tamaño con ducha y bañera. Hay servicio de limpieza y cambio de toallas cada tres días. A 5 minutos a pie de la playa de San Baolo, esa es la playa a la que íbamos casi todos los días, a 10 minutos a pie está la playa en el centro que no está mal, pero hay más gente, bares y esas cosas. Hay una bahía perfecta para hacer buceo de superficie justo enfrente del hotel (sin arena o playa). La señora propietaria es agradable, pero el hombre que trabaja allí por la tarde podría tener mejor disposición por el servicio al cliente.

  Personal excepcional, muy buena ubicación

  El personal inmejorable, Lina un cielo y el conserje de noche también, siempre dispuestos para ayudar. La ubicación muy buena, en la zona del pueblo, tranquila pero con todos los servicios cerca, en pleno paseo junto al mar. Las instalaciones correctas con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

  Late summer holiday

  We have just returned from an 11 night stay at this property which we really enjoyed on the whole. The hotel inside is a little dated, but that only adds to its quaintness. Our room was basic but comfortable with a nice view of the street below and the harbour further up the road. There was a lack of enough electricity outlets but we managed ok. The bed was very uncomfortable, but it was a proper double bed as opposed to two single ones pushed together. Basic cooking facilities in the room, just two hobs no oven meant you could only prepare simple snacks. There was an electric kettle, a fridge with a freezer compartment at the top and a flat screen television in the room. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful , especially the lady on the desk. She was always very chatty and happy to converse with us. There is a lido behind the hotel which serves meals and drinks. You can use the pool as long as you buy a drink. Just a word of warning about the pool though, there are no depth markers anywhere around the pool. Which could be problematic for those uncomfortable with deep water. We didnt use the restaurant that is within the hotel, so cant comment on that. There is a little cafe bar next to the hotel which opens at 6 am and stays open until after midnight, cheap drinks and food can be found here, very popular with the locals. There is a bus stop on the opposite side of the road from the hotel, buses are cheap and they run very regularly to lots of places all over the Island, ideal for those that dont want to hire a car to get around. The hotel is in a quiet , residential area and the location is ideal. Not too far from the beach and the bars and attractions further up the road. We had a relaxing, peaceful holiday and enjoyed the time we spent at Mar Y Paz.

  nice but small

  we stayed here for 10 nights on entering the room we just dumped our bags and went to the pub as we had been travelling all day and it was late due to flight delays and a 2 hour bus ride from the airport, when we got up in the morning and took check the room was nice and clean the towels need to be updated the bathroom was ok but the bed was hard the kitchen area well 2 rings and a sink (which is norm) but no cooking utensils to make food with a small amount of crockery and cutlery 1 saucepan 1 frying pan and a colander that was it, the balcony was small and we didn't have a sea view but a street 1 other than that we still made the best of our holiday and the lady receptionist in the mornings was great

  Apartamientos en primera linea de playa con vista increíbles

  Nos encantaron estos alojamientos. Super completo. Con aire acondicionado, una cocina muy útil. Solicitamos tener buenas vistas al mar y fue concedido. La recepcionista fue super amable. Tienen balcón con mesa y sillas para poder cenar a la luz de la luna. El edificio tiene muchas plantas y nos dieron la planta 6, ósea que tenemos una habitación con mucha luz y vistas espectaculares. Estuvimos allí a mediados de agosto y los precios fueron realmente baratos.

  Great stay in Majorca

  These apartments are Great . Very clean and spacious ,we had a studio and where surprised how big it was . The bed was a little uncomfortable though ! Lovely lady on reception who was happy to help with any queries . Not far from a Sandy beach either way and numerous shops and bars . The local bus stop is near and the stop for the little tourist train ting ting is opppsite and worth a ride . Sadly the outside pool is no longer , which is a shame but its not far to the beach . The bar Inside the hotel was shut ,but there is a lovely restaurant outside , not owned by the hotel . A couple of other bars opposite x A great market runs along the harbour every Friday . A couple of things we felt would make it better An airer to use on the balcony , would save hanging washing over the edge and a broom in the room to use . We felt bad leaving a lot of sand and dried seaweed over the floor and would of happily swept it up if there is been a broom . For 2 star apartments they were great and so clean We would love to return Thank you

  Lo recomiendo, por la zona, buena ubicación y destacar la amabilidad de la propietaria

  Aparthotel situado en zona muy tranquila, con unas vistas impresionantes que dá lugar a un bañito en el mar.....habitaciones muy limpias, con A.A.y destacar sobretodo la amabilidad de la propietaria(no recuerdo nombre), muy amable, atenta, nos sirvió de guía, se nota que tiene devoción por su trabajo.Lo recomiendo al 100%
