  Great Place to Stay

  Newer, clean, well maintained and attractive property. Ample parking. Nice clean rooms, microwave, refrigerator and single serve coffee brewer. Breakfast served buffet style and served by employee. Very prompt check in and out. No USB ports for charging so take your own. Would go out of my way to stay here. Easy access to interstate, dining, grocery and shopping.

  Great stay

  Great team here. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and well stocked. The beds are confutable and the rooms are updated and maintained. Great job! I will definitely be back.

  Beautiful Hotel, extremely clean.

  Keep up the great job! it is great to see a team so connected, and respectful of each other in terms of their working environment. Cleanly they have good culture, which is extremely important for the team and the success of the hotel. If this culture is not present it is so obvious, the entire tone of the environment is lacking. This hotel was beautiful and extremely clean, which under the circumstances with COVID-19, VERY IMPORTANT and I felt very safe. Thank you, keep up the great work.

  Clean and super comfortable

  I really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. It seemed newer, the beds were super comfortable. Everyone was wearing their mask. I felt safe staying here. Everyone was courteous and helpful. We had a long drive so it was just so great to get here and not have to wonder if my room was cleaned, it looked it and smelled good. None of that old hotel smell. All in all i would definitely stay here again.

  Best of the Best!

  My experience at Best Western Plus Norman was perfect. The entire staff was great (Scott, Tyler, Natalie, Kalee); however, Tony Horsechief exceeded all expectation and made certain my stay was flawless. And, it was! From my initial reservation to my very last day, Tony's professionalism was unparalleled. The rooms and common areas were extremely clean, comfortable and I couldn't have felt more safe. Thank you, Tony and team for making a super-quick house sale + "sudden" hotel stay so wonderful. I will always tell everyone to stay at Best Western Plus Norman & I'll be back the next time I'm in Normantown!
