  Long-weekend Staying

  First of all, we thank for having this treatment from all staff in Westin Tashee Resort in Taoyuan. It was really unforgettable long-weekend with my parents-in-law and two boys of course with my wife However, There are some suggestions for all facilities and services. Geographically, it is a little bit far away from downtown, which means initially management wants all visitors stay in the resort and spend all money for eating, drinking or using SPA, to make its profiles, however there are a few restaurants to make its choice and waiting list in only 2 eating place. Room service has charged in incredibly ridiculous price, I really don't mind, older generation most likely could not accept. Meanwhile, the grocery store closed by 8 PM, Are you for real? Usually if I have stayed in some Hilton, Marriott, or IHG system in the middle no where hotel in the USA, their grocery store provided 24 hours. Furthermore, when we checked in and it spent too long time and even its policy shows for non Bonvoy members, it supposedly by 11 am, but I saw there are bunch of people checked out around 1pm all the time, I don't see Westin has given Bonvoy elite members any special offer. In the end, I have seen some previous visitors left swimming suit and underwear in my room and when we got into the room, super or technicians still checked all facilities. this part showed some really unprofessional service. When I was little, I used to stayed there before Westin tool over, I am not being criticism, but as to software part. Your management needs a lot effort to make it better especially in employee education . SPA is really Good, cannot complaint any, and all liquors during happy hours not really excited at all. On average, they have done the most protection to avoid got any possibility to impact covid-19 but I think that taking to 5 star resort, they still have many points to get improved

  Great experience!

  Wonderful staff! The restaurant manager Mars was very friendly and thoughtful. We were a large family group; Mars was able to accommodate our needs. The kids had a lot of fun at the outdoor playground. It was a wonderful dining experience.

  Wonderful hotel in Taiwan

  I had a wonderful stay here and really good to come here for a breakaway. I am enjoying the beautiful scenery on the balcony. Pool bar happy hour offer free drinks and live music, many kids activities mini golf, spa... We went to Seasonal Tastes restaurant to have dinner, staff are friendly and warm. Breakfast was plentiful and variety, food quality was better than other hotel buffets. We loved our stay and cant wait to go back again with family

  Tropical Paradise on the outskirts of Taipei!

  Spent our anniversary here and exceeded all expectations. The staff were wonderful, food thoughtful and tasty, facilities top class. We also stayed in the Spa Suite which was wow! My dream place and would recommend for any special break out of the hustle and bustle of Taipei City!

  Beautiful luxury resort

  Came here with my husband on a staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Who knew such a luxurious and wonderful resort was just a stone's throw away from Taipei! We stayed in the spa suite. I had the best sleep in ages on the amazing bed, and the pillow was the most comfortable one I've come across in forever. Food in all the restaurants were great, service was fantastic, and both the indoor and outdoor pools just dreamy. This is probably the only place in all of Taiwan where you can swim without a swimming cap, and it's worth visiting just for that. Absolutely fantastic.
