  Reasonable rooms, nice restaurant

  The rooms are somewhat old fashioned, and were not thoroughly cleaned. People had been smoking inside, probably this was a smoking room, and cigarette smoke was present in everything. Restaurant was good and good service.

  Only because other hotel was fully booked..

  came here last minute on a business trip on the advice of my regular hotel (Deklenge Casino in Differdange) because they were overbooked. They told me it was as good as their own, but that was surely not the case. My room was small, smelled funny and at the side of the highway, so pretty noisy. Bathroom is REALLY small, you first have to close the door before you can take a shower. The fan is super noisy and takes a while before shutting down when you dim the lights. Breakfast was ok, coffee poorly of taste. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have other choices or more time to look for a hotel in the area (which I hadn't)

  A nice stay in Petange, Luxembourg

  We wanted to stay a night in Luxembourg during our road trip, and in the end I ended up booking this wonderful hotel in Petange. Our room was big and clean, and it had a fridge, TV, and a comfy little sofa. There's a lot of parking space (which obviously was important for us who arrived with a car). We had breakfast at the hotel before driving on, it was a good selection of cold cuts, cheese, fruits, some hot food etc. But they could maybe consider some change in the presentation of the foods as there were quite many flies buzzing around. I don't know about the other rooms, but ours didn't have air conditioning & we had to keep the window open at night - and thus we could also hear the traffic. Some minor noise from the corridor or other rooms could be heard at times as well, so if you're a light sleeper you should bring earplugs along. I had contacted the hotel beforehand and arranged some sparkling wine and a selection of cheeses etc. to be sent to our room after check-in (we'd recently had our anniversary and I wanted to surprise my boyfriend) - I got great service while e-mailing back and forth about the arrangement, and the cart that we got to our room was simply amazing! So all in all, a great hotel with a few downsides, but still worth the price.

  Cozy dinner

  Had an excellent dinner with a good friend!! Tartare an cocktail crevettes were excellent. And the colonel as well!! Nothing to complain about!! The french rosé was very good as well. Not to forget the very friendly waiters!!

  My Review of the Threeland Hotel Pétange

  To start off with the breakfast was very basic, nothing special here. Some staff were very rude and arrogant and others were very helpful. Bedrooms were small and the beds were very uncomfortable. Also this hotels still use keys which is very old fashion and I found this very annoying. The bed linen was ripped. After a took a shower the room was like a pool. Very expensive and order things you dont want. Staff dont speak English. Lunch and dinner was ok. Not a positive or good atmosphere. Only good thing to say about the hotel is that the cleaners work very hard, which is a good attribute to have. Overall this should not be a 4 star hotel maybe highest 3
