  Nice location//Nice room

  This hotel location is quite strategic. Just a few steps away u can have one of the best beef noodle restaurant. Few steps away u can find a shopping mall with affordable price supermarket. Nearby also have bistro and cafe for you to chillax.

  A nice place to stay for a budget hotel. The price is affordable. The room is okay. This hotel have wifi that quite fast. No breakfast included. But you can find a lot of restaurants nearby. No lift just stairs.

  Value for money

  Family room consist of one queen bed and one single bed. Room clean and look new, no lift, so need to take into consideration if travel with elderly people.Lot of parking space, walking distance to food court/hawkers center.Free wifi. Have stayed here couple times.

  NO improvement , disappointing!

  Check in during normal check in time , they gave a room which the door was open.well, the staff informed me that they just finish the cleaning service and i can take out the master key and put it outside the room . i dont feel comfortable at all and requested for another room but the staff informed is fully booked . i have no choice but to accept then i went back again to the room but discover the floor is still abit wet and the toilet mat is not in proper with a little wet . well, i again went down to the front desk and asked again whether the room is already clean and the staff again said yes . She follow me to the room and said the floor still abit wet is because of the mop . i asked again if they have another room but she said no even though i can see there are few rooms are open and just finish cleaning service . well , it might be already allocated to other but they haven't check in . they should change the room for me and clean again the room that they assigned to me . I remain to stay at that room since no choice and the staff said they can send someone to mop the floor for me . Waited for 30mins and I have to go out . I informed the staff that no need to mop the floor since I have to go out at that time and it will automatically dry off went I come back but I informed her again the room wasnt not clean properly and I show the picture to her . she then push again to the housekeeping and asked someone to mop the floor for me . Well ,the staff entering the room without take off his shoes while moping the floor . I am doubt and speechless. Try to imagine again the door was open , toilet was wet , floor with dusk and a little dripping water , stain can still be seen around the cup . i must say there is no hotel which is the best but there is ONLY the hotel which the most suitable for you . Therefore , justify yourself before make a booking . If you are concerning about the location, this is best option for you . If you are particular with the facilities, cleanliness, please try for other hotel.

  Location is the selling point.

  I came with a tour group to hike Gunung Lambak and prior to check-in I searched this on TripAdvisor site just to manage my expectations. Look, for the price I paid I didn't expect much from this hotel. The hotel is basic - bed, blankets, pillows, towels, soap dispenser, tissue, TV, hot and cold shower, a packet of instant coffee, kettle, cups, wifi and aircon. Other than that you have to bring your own. The room I occupied was clean so no complaints. The selling point of this hotel is the location - it's right in the middle of the town so walking access to all shops, bars, hawker centers, massage places, etc. Note - the hotel does not have lift so if you are not physically fit and carrying a heavy luggage ask for a room on Level 1, otherwise you will need to climb the stairs all the way to the top floor.
