  Dirty apartment, pubic hairs everywhere and bad service

  The photos are not a true indication of the absolute filth within this apartment. Balls of hair on the floor from a lazy attempt at vacuuming alongside hairs everywhere on the sofa made for an uncomfortable beginning to our trip in Melbourne. Even better, the bathroom was filthy, pubic hair hanging from the toilet paper holder but little did I know it would just get even worse from there. Lying down in bed, I discovered hairs that were not my own and several pubic hairs on the bed. The sheets were grey and clearly had not been washed. If I could I would bleach the whole apartment head to toe - disgraceful. The cherry on top was the extra charge we received from whoever thought it would be a good idea to take not only an extortionate amount of money for a bond but also charge an additional $250+ on our card for no reason. There is no place to store luggage aside from going 20 minutes out of your way to store luggage at their office which also looks like a mess. Save yourself the distress and just stay at the Sheraton instead, this place is an absolute joke.

  First time stay Melbourne

  This place was in a great location. Short walk to free trams which allowed easy transport to various locations. Also the many restaurants and shops, bars that were in a short distance was a great treat. Apartment was well used but clean. Great view and full kitchen and gas stovetop for cooking. Will stay again

  Not happy at all.

  Apartment not cleaned well. Air con didnt work. Stayed 10 nights and had no service. No fresh towels or linen. Only one saucepan. (Lid didnt even fit)Not enough cutlery. We had to buy our own saucepans, knife, peeler, and can opener. Shower leaked badly. Sink was blocked. Parking was a joke (we went with park hound, highly recommend) every time we complained about the aircon they came and photographed the apartment (?). The pictures showing the bbq area and recreational facilities actually belong to another property they own not the one you book.

  Terrible communication

  My staff member and I were traveling from NZ to Melbourne for a sales conference. We were going to check in after hours so were sent a code to pick up the key from a lock box. The code didnt work so we called the only number provided- 13 times! I also emailed at all times leaving my contact details. I did not receive a reply so had to get another hotel. Long story short their communication is appalling and I am out of pocket for the extra rooms I had to pay for at a different hotel. Still trying to get my money back!

  Dingy, dirty and disappointing.

  Cleanliness of the apartment was well below acceptable level. The carpets were heavily stained as was the couch; windows completely grimy; no cover on the doona; coffee table stained and scratched - even had a sticker on it from the bottom of someone's shoe! We would normally expect to be moved to another apartment but were told there was nothing available. There was no offer of any compensation either and basically we were told there was nothing they could do. Minor scuffs, stains and scratches are always to be tolerated but this was well beyond that. Even though the location was great for us, we would never stay here again. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was that no alternatives or compensation was offered. They sent someone the next morning to "clean" the carpet but it wasn't a case of vacuuming, it was in a disgusting state and should have been replaced some time ago.
