  Nice location

  Nice location. Clean rooms. Husband loved the bigger tub to soak in after a long day on the road driving. Check in staff was helpful. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. A few too many pillows. Had to take some off the bed. But great stay here.

  Good location

  We stopped here unexpectedly during a snow storm. The front desk clerk, Tia, was so friendly and helpful. She was very accommodating as we checked in. She was welcoming, which we appreciated. The room appeared clean and the sheets smelled fresh. We noticed dead flies (4-5) on the window sill when we opened the curtains in the morning... :( Cold breakfast available. No sugar for coffee. (We asked the manager.) Hotel is right off of I-90.

  December Stay

  I have stayed here twice in the past week. Front desk staff was very helpful & friendly, rooms very clean and well appointed. Hotel was conveniently located near the freeway, but quiet. Nice little hotel, I'll stay here again on my next visit to Sheridan.

  Dogs on third floor?

  This was a nice hotel. Fast check in and out. But pets are only allowed on the third floor which is inconvenient for having a dog, especially an anxious one. I would have preferred to be on the first floor near an exit and wish I would have known this beforehand.

  Terrible

  My friend and I stayed on our way back from picking up a puppy in Montana. Checked in and the clerk was NOT wearing a mask. I asked about a mask and he said he had forgotten that his make may have been in the car. We proceeded to our room. The bathroom was disgusting. There was hair in the shower and around the toilet. When we checked out the next morning the clerk once again was NOT wearing a mask. I left feeling dirty and disgusted. When I checked my bill a few days later I noticed a $20 pet fee. I was told on the phone that the $80 included the pet fee. So I called the manager was rude and when I asked about the lack of masks, he practically called me a liar saying everyone always wears a mask. DO NOT STAY here. I only hope that not only do I not get COVID but for a $100 I could have stayed at a much nicer and cleaner hotel. Go somewhere else.
