Brilliant
Just returned after 2 weeks at this brilliant hotel the staff in this hotel are absolutely amazing nothing is too much trouble from the cleaners who do a fabulous job of keeping the rooms and grounds spotless to the restaurant staff who remember every customer and do their best every single visit. Tonia in the Greek restaurant and Georgios were fantastic, also the customer services lady and the maitre de made our holiday so special. Wine and fruit was delivered to our room to celebrate our anniversary which was a nice touch.The rooms are quite large probably could do with a refurb but I had no complaints. The food was good in all the restaurant's but could have been hotter but the service was second to none. The animation we thought was low key which suited us but might not suit everyone. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and we would definitely return Crete is a beautiful island and if you haven't been then definitely try it. Thanks Bella Beach for a wonderful holiday x

BANK HOLIDAY WEEK-END AWAY
Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff !! We were made very welcome by Maria and Francesca at reception, and all staff in the restaurants and bars were very happy and friendly and although we stayed only afew nights on this occasion, we will definitely be going back for longer. The a la carte restaurants were excellent and everything in the main restaurant was delicious. We had smoked salmon and bucks fizz for breakfast which was a lovely surprise to the holiday, highly recommended

Unexpectedly Brilliant
We spent a week with friends at Bella Beach on a last minute all inclusive deal - a first for us. We arrived having no great expectations but what a surprise! The hotel was nicely decorated, the rooms clean and comfortable but best of all, the staff were absolutely fantastic - they just couldnt do enough to make our stay enjoyable. There were 3 restaurants and the standard of food in all of them was very good. Our favourite was the traditional Greek restaurant and our servers Tonia and Giorgios made every meal an event. The sandy beach was mere metres away and there were plenty of sun loungers and shades to choose from. We wouldnt hesitate to go back to Bella Beach, it really was a brilliant and unexpected surprise.

Wonderful Staff - especially Foutini
We stayed the end of July for 2 weeks. The staff were so welcoming. When we were kept awake by noise across the water they called the hotel and the music was turned down. Foutini in the spa was incredible - she really is an excellent therapist - amazing treatments and so kind - even took the time to walk me upstairs (I am disabled). Really outstanding service. They rearranged our taxis to the airport when we mucked them up. Sofia and the other ladies on reception were so help and friendly. We were demanding guests - disabled me, gluten free son - all was accommodated with efficiency and grace. On the last day, our room had been booked but reception arranged a peaceful last morning by the pool with a fresh quiet room, which for a small fee, was worth every penny. We will be returning next year! A perfect relaxing break which is just what we needed. Many thanks indeed.

Amazing place, outstanding staff, great food
Great place and location, very quiet and close to the center (10 min) on the beach. The room was nice and big, clean (We were with 2 children) Food was amazing from morning till night Stuff was outstanding with service from a luxury hotel. Entertainment in the evening was nice Highly recommended, special for the family.
