  Stayed 3 nights, hotel immaculate. Staff were cleaning high touch surfaces often, even the walls in the halls. A quiet relaxing stay as the hotel was not at capacity. Breakfast was enjoyable, limited selection because of Covid but still satisfying. Front desk staff always pleasant and hèlpful. Always a pleasure to see Brinn, one of the front desk staff. Not a fan of the "window shaker" air conditioners as they can be quite noisy, making it difficult to fall asleep, would prefer central air, but not a deal breaker for us to stay there.

  Family Visit

  The staff were very helpful with anything that was needed and the hotel and room was very clean. The breakfast bar was well stocked with food that you could grab and go or sit if you wanted during these difficult times with covid 19. Extra care was taken to have available hand sanitizer at the entrance to the hotel and in the breakfast area.

  Hotel was.clean and fresh...rooms were clean, comfortable...had a great sleep... Despite covid changing how breakfast is usually served.. the choices were still.there, breakfast was great...the only difference is we had to take it out instead of sit and eat...

  Great place to stay

  Always clean. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was great - good variety and available for four hours. Good location. Close to a variety of stores and restaurants

  The quality of service was less than expected from a Best Western Plus

  Check out was confusing. I normally receive my bill by email prior to checkout. This didnt happen and the response I received on checkout was confusing. They didnt really explain why. I still havent received my bill The jam packages for breakfast were so old they were dried out. This makes me wonder about the best before date on other breakfast items offered.
