  Caravel Hotel Rip off

  We have just returned from this rip off hotel, the room was clean and the Dining room was very efficient, the rest was total joke and full of pretence, all the management are interested in is MONEY any which way they can get it. If you need help in an Emergency don't ask for help because you won't get it onlyat a price, other Hotels on the Island put the Caravel to shame they bent over backwards to help us and we weren't even residents there. cats in the kitchen and in the bar FILTHY THINGS CRAP EVERY WHERE.

  just one night

  i was lucky to stay just one night, the rooms poor, service just ok, the pool very bad and not clean. there must be better places around

  good hotel

  we like this familyhotel very much because: good breakfast/lunch/dinner and saladebuffet friendly family and employees good room/good bathroom/clean room nice view from the balcony nice pool(but watch out it can be wet so you can fal) we stayed here end of july begin august good atmosphere we don,t understand the negative reviews because its a complete hotel and you will have a good holiday there believe me

  Just a simple hotel

  This hotel is located near the sea (about 500m). In general it is a simple hotel, with limited comfort. Our room was really small. I think it is a little bit overpriced for what it offers. The staff was very kind and helpful.

  Not 4 star

  Having visited this hotel many times over the years we loved it but we had a 9 year gap before returning, we had the same room which was great lovely and clean with terrific shower. The food was a disappointment menus were unreadable, head waiter had no idea what we were saying or how to explain what was on the menu. We have no problem with dogs in the hotel but they roamed everywhere including the breakfast room where the food was served and were allowed to come into dinner in the evening.As my husband is alergic to dog hair we could not eat in the evening and they gave us 5 euros for each meal missed so generous......... We will definitely go back to Cattolica but not this hotel such a same
