  Relax in Siofok

  To tell the truth I can say the hotel is almost perfect. Wellness is good enough, food is excellent and the stuff is kind and helpful. Only one that matters for me that the bed is terrible. It is so uncomfortable that i couldnt sleep properly and the rooms are extremely hot. Obviously you can open the window so hotness is fixed One more thing that the walls are so thin that you can hear nearly everything from next door. Location perfect only 1000 metres from the beach. Price is fair enough to a 4 star hotel. So basically I can say I am satisfied and suggest this hotel to stay at...

  Not impressed

  Rooms look nice and tidy but could do with an update as curtains and sheets had holes in them, silicone sealant around sink was coming off. We had to ask for hand liquid soap to be refilled as it was empty when we got the room, also not enough towels and we had to ask again as nothing was done till evening when we returned from the lake. Not a great variety of food either. Worst of all was the level of noise in the hotel. There were some youngsters in the room next to our room who were very noisy till 3AM and we had to go and ask them to stop shouting, loughing and listening to loud music in the room and hallway. I had to ring reception to come and speak to them as well. Second night same story. Room allocation for families with little children next to some party animals not a great idea. It was Tuesday and Wednesday not the weekend. I wonder how it is like at weekends. I would not stay there again

  Poor

  We were here for a weekend.The place is very dated,can't see from outside!! Reception and the bar ok!!Pool ok too!! Restaurant like a staff canteen,food not the best either!! Rooms are dirty,corridors are the same!! Spiders are everywhere!! Don't think we come back!!

  Never again

  We spent a few days there in 2018, however, I wanted to leave after one hour. Finally, my husband convinced me to stay, just to regret it later. Just to mention a few of my observations: - mould in the spa area, on walls, around louvers and in the sauna - dirty pools, mud all around on the spa floor - cold water in the jacuzzi, at complaining we were told that it works as designed - the exceedingly expensive margarita coctail at the bar was prepared with the cheapest Olympos lemon juice instead of lime in front of us - raunchy curtains in the room - inedible food - poor hospitality - lack of glasses in the restaurant, at complaining I was instructed by the waiter to use mugs instead ...and so on. Nonetheless, my favourite one was the wall decoration behind the jacuzzi - a vast poster depicting some female bottoms in G-string bikinis viewed from back. In the 2000s, in a "family-friendly" hotel, yes. I honestly hope it has been removed by now, or the slowly crawling mould has covered it finally.

  Never back again

  We love Siofok, and end of the summer we would like to try sthing different what is not next to the lake, and incease if we have bad weather we can stay inside as well. The hotel has inside pool area, but not cleaned so often, and I think not enough the capacity if they have full house. You can get the the bathrobe for free, but the quality is terrible (broken), and the small towell. The food and the staff are terrible( except the housekeepers, they were nice and polied).From the restaurant, Nobody can smile, they're not polied (just some of them), they don't know how they have to work in real in the restaurant ( cleaning, services). The food are the same, u don't have enough choices for lunch and dinner. The breakfast let's say ok. The cleanless can be better, around and in the hotel. The only positive site for me was the quiet, large room. The bar, massage was ok. I think this hotel maximum 3 stars not more.
