  Gorgeous setting

  The hotel was in a very quiet setting, next to huge greenhouses although this did not detract from the beauty of the chateau. The staff were friendly and the only problem we had during our stay was the wifi was not very easily accessible.

  Great Chateau

  This really was a bargain luxury stay. We got a last minute deal for 72 on a Friday night and pretty much had the place to ourselves. We would have stayed an extra night but they were booked out for a wedding party. We had room 8 - large and well appointed with quality toiletries, a large bathroom and comfortable King Bed. Lovely grounds and imposing Chateau. We hope to stay again one day. 1765.

  Almost perfect

  A truly beautiful location literally in the middle of nowhere. If you want zero noise and complete tranquility then this is the place to go ! The manager was very accommodating on day 1 and recommended a restaurant for dinner nearby which was perfect. Only disappointment was the place needed a good clean. Cobwebs in the lobby and a dead bird on the porch for three days was a shame .... Would recommend and definitely return though

  Smart Hotel

  Very friendly reception and staff. Superb room. Breakfast okay but a bit pricey. Pool pleasant but surround is gritty and no hand rails to help getting in or out. Very quiet and peaceful. No milk in rooms to go with coffee,tea and chocolate. Milk was provided after I asked but only enough for 1 small cup. We thought provision of in-room teas etc. a bit mean. You will have to drive to get to anywhere for meals other than breakfast. There were no birds, where have they gone?

  Fabulous

  Absolutely beautiful setting. So quiet and relaxing, almost had to ourselves. No restaurant for dinner so need car to drive to local town. Fab swimming pool, gorgeous room with everything needed. Petfect chill out and relaxation.
