  Gran Experiencia.

  Excelente hotel con muy buenas instalaciones, prácticamente nuevo, habitaciones amplias y confortables, además de un personal extraordinario y en particular Banan, una magnífica persona. ¡Sin duda volvería! Tal vez el único pero que le pondría sería la lejanía al Centro de Vancouver, pero se soluciona con el Sky Train que está prácticamente frente al hotel (25 min de recorrido).

  Wonderful new hotel, great service team

  Had a one night stop over in Surrey before a road trip East. Booked two rooms for 2 adults and 2 teens. The hotel is immaculate and was well set up for the social distancing due to the pandemic. The staff did a very good job of responding to our needs at check in and as we got settled. We experienced one small service failure that the staff rectified quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

  Beautiful View

  I stayed here for 5 nights while in town for work. The room was beautiful (a corner room with very large windows) and was a perfect size. The restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel were very good with lots of options. The hotel was very clean with all the COVID precautions in place. This was a great location and parking underground was very easy. It is a bit loud next to the Sky Train but that didnt bother me at all.

  Amazing Customer Service

  Our stay was fantastic. Exceptional customer service, all staff were pleasant and really went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable, even ensuring we had a place to park that fit our needs. Very quick to respond, going above and beyond to comply with every request. Thanks Andra and Hamid, you guys are great! You just don't find service like this anymore. Coupled with the very modern and luxurious feel of the hotel, we would absolutely stay here again in the future!

  Average hotel

  We booked a king bed corner room for a 1 night stay. The room we were first given was right above the Skytrain tracks, and was quite noisy, even for being on the 14th floor. We requested a move to the other side of the hotel, and the concierge was quite helpful in getting us to the 18th floor on the opposite side of the building. You could still hear the trains from there, albeit a little quieter. Both sides have good views of the city, but look down onto the problem area of Whalley. The location is right in the middle of one of the more downtrodden areas of Surrey, right above the Surrey Central Skytrain station and bus loop with lots of either homeless people or drug addicts hanging around. Although this is hardly the fault of the hotel. The rooms were an average size, not overly big. It did have a large shower and washroom, with the toilet by itself in a separate room. One thing I found missing was a mini fridge. Seems like most hotels and motels have one, but this one didn't. While the rooms were modern, clean, and the beds comfortable, I don't think I'd return unless the prices were a bit lower.
