  Great place

  The best sleep I have gotten was here, it was nice. the room was very clean & I had a great time in the jacuzzi room. Definitely would recommend! The staff was very friendly also took care of me fast and the breakfast was good also! Go get yall a room!

  Only ok

  First off, I'd like to commend the staff at this hotel. They held their own in what seemed to be a busy weekend. There was a police incident at 7am Saturday morning, an unruly guest yelling at the staff and refusing to leave. Walls are very thin. We didn't check out any amenities at the hotel. Dearborn is not what it used to be.

  So disappointing

  Check in is at 3PM we got there at 4PM and our room was still not available. My kids attempted to swim at the pool however there was nothing but unruly children at it with parents who were doing nothing. Breakfast was very limited and undercooked. Many things were broke in our room. I get that in a whole the Hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade, but you would think they could at least fix a toilet paper holder. Our curtain was ripped so we could not shut it properly to make it so no light could come in, There was a parking light right outside shining in. I could not find any vending machine except for what was in the little shop. I have stayed at some horrible places and this was one of them. It would of been nice if they at least seem to care that it wasn't the best. never got a have a nice day or welcome while we left or came back in. no interaction with staff except the first day checking in and when we left to check out. very disappointing.

  Service was poor, lack of towels and toiletries it was dirty in the room as well rude staff didnt offer and basic hospitality and housekeeping refuse to speak to me Explanation was not speaking English .

  THE BEST HOTEL IN DEARBORN!

  Ive been getting a room at the country inn for so long now. Brandon there is absolutely amazing. Kenyatta is also nice and takes care of me. The rooms are super clean and fresh. The breakfast is delicious. The tub is beautiful and also the indoor pool is HEATED! Best hotel in the area and I will be back!!
