  Hotel tipico americano

  Estuve hospedado en este hotel por cuestiones de trabajo, el trato del personal bueno, las instalaciones de acorde al precio. Acierto la piscina y el hidromasaje ya que ayudó despues de horas de arduo trabajo.

  Excelente ubicación

  Me encanta este hotel. Esta cerca de todo. Pero lo más importante es que está cerca de la plaza de outlet! puedo llenar la cajuela de compras y regresar al hotel a dejar todo para volver y llenarla de nuevo! Hahahahahaha!

  Quiet hotel. Great staff!

  Quiet hotel- excellent customer service! Front desk attendant (Madison) is a multi-tasker, she was on 2 calls & still took the time to help with check-in. A very nice gentleman (Matt) arrived during the process & took over our check-in while she completed other prospective customer calls. Matt was very nice, offered floor preference options, & explained things (breakfast, pool, etc). We were pleasantly surprised our floor had well stocked vending options! We enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep & had a wonderful HOT breakfast the next morning. Many choices offered, waffles, oatmeal, breakfast tacos (which were SO good), yogurt, cereal, fruit, etc. The breakfast attendant (Sara) is a hard- worker!! She kept the entire dining area spotless, kept food items stocked, and when she realized someone walked off & left a waffle in the waffle maker- she worked hard to scrape everything out, and cleaned the entire machine so it looked brand new. The team of people at this hotel seemed committed to creating a pleasant guest experience. If were in the Kenosha area again, we would not hesitate to stay here again!!

  Enjoyed Stay

  Our family traveled to Kenosha from VA, TN & MO to visit with extended family. Hotel was clean, employees friendly, good breakfast with lots of options. We were able to visit in the lobby and breakfast area. Kudos to breakfast lady who worked so hard.

  Worst Radisson

  First, let me start with the positive-the check in lady was helpful and nice. The rest of the time we spent in the hotel room (134) was unacceptable. The carpet has stains, the red chair was old and filthy, and the strip at the door of the bathroom is clearly broken. I cannot believe the hotel staff thought this room was acceptable to customers. My son, while trying to open the bathroom door after using the restroom, could not get it open, and had to put all of his weight on the right side to open it. He also tripped over the clearly undone strip and landed on the table across the room. Due to the hotel's negligence of the strip not being put down correctly, he incurred a cut and bruising. I can tell by the poor paint job and everything I listed above, this is not the standard of Radisson/Choice Hotels.
