  Ideal para la ruta 66

  Nos alojamos aqui en nuestra primera parada durante la ruta 66 desde Chicago a Los Angeles. El hotel esta situado junto a la I55 por lo que el acceso es excelente. Situado junto a una gasolinera y diferentes restaurantes como Mcdonalds, Bob Evans, Steak n Shake... Fue de los mejores por no decir el mejor hotel durante la ruta. Esta completamente nuevo o remodelado y tuvimos la suerte de que nos dieron un estudio bastante grande y amplio que lamentablemente no pudimos aprovechar al llegar de noche y bastante cansados. Tiene una pequeña piscina cubierta y gimnasio. El personal muy amable y el desayuno bastante completo. Lo recomiendo absolutamente.

  Excellent!

  Hotel is beautiful & clean. Comfortable beds and staff was extremely friendly. Very satisfied with my overall stay. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if in the Springfield area in the near future.

  Awesome Hotel, great staff, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate to my family and I and even with the covid19 pandemic they still offer a grab-and-go breakfast how accommodating and considerate a definition five stars

  First, location. Don't let the photos fool you...this is tucked away behind a gas station. In fact, I'd say the distance between the hotel's front door and the gas pumps is about 50-75 ft. While on the surface that doesn't seem to be a big deal, people wandering over from the gas station to beg for money is a problem. I understand the hotel is where it is, it just made for an uncomfortable experience. It also didn't give us the impression that our car was safe. The room itself was okay. The price (about $80) was right in line for the caliber of accommodations. Although there wasn't a seal on the door (a covid procedure indicating no one has been in the room since it had been cleaned), it did seem fairly clean. The bed was comfortable. The armrests of the chair in the room were worn, and the bulb was out in the lamp in the corner (a pet peeve of mine...housekeeping should test every light in the room when they're cleaning to make sure they all work). The elevator was a bit nasty. There was some sort of dried goo on the inside of the door, and there was food on the floor...it was never cleaned during our stay. People were friendly. The provided breakfast was fine, no problem....sausage, egg and cheese biscuits, yogurt, bottled juices, etc. Overall we had an okay stay...but the location and few housekeeping issues were a deal breaker as far as a return visit is concerned.

  Wonderful property

  I came to the his property just to get away for the weekend and I must say that this property was very delightful to stay at. Very clean, very sanitary, and the agents were very helpful and very nice.

  Great place to stay.

  Nice place. Looks modernized and updated. Small maintenance issues which I was able to personally address. Excellent breakfast options. Wcrbled eggs could have been a bit warmer but otherwise good deal. No traffic noise despite being within view of I-55. Would stay here again.

  Given the key to an occupied room at check in and received zero apology

  We had lots of bags and an 8 mo old baby, second floor room, walk in theres peoples things everywhere still and beds unmade. Go back downstairs to tell the girl and she gave zero apology or omg how did that happen just ok heres 208 instead, the room right next to the first one. Now I feel unsafe, is she going to give my room key to someone else now? The room we did receive the beds were hastily made, lamp shade all crinkled. The back door is kept locked so you always have to go in and out the one main door in front which isnt always convenient depending on your room location. Also theres no sign on the door saying it doesnt open and the girl said nothing so we carried all our stuff and baby up to the back door first to find out it doesn't open and its 20 degrees outside. The morning staff seemed more competent and breakfast was decent but this initial experience ruined my night and stay and I wanted to just go home and not sleep there.

  Exceptionally Sanitary

  Spotless, so sanitary even the paper coffee cups each individually covered in plastic film. Likewise each plastic utensil! Hot breakfast included eggs 2 ways, sausage, French toast, waffle maker, English muffins, bagels, toast. Boxed cereals and 3 juices and coffee in 3 strengths and tea or water. Coffee bar available 24/7. Nice Lounge with separate TV viewing room. Staff quiet and helpful. Room 213 was very quiet, even near elevator. In room window AC also both quick response and low noise. Coffee maker in room. Only deficit: By policy, room service only once every 3 days.

  Clean, comfortable, older facility with a nice breakfast

  Although the facility is older, it was clean and comfortable. Because our refrigerator had a very small freezer area, I asked to have our chillers placed in their larger freezers...and they happily complied. There were many breakfast choices. We had an 'issue', though, using our credit card travel points. The check-in staff member didn't apply them correctly and we were double-charged. When our credit card representative called to question the charge, the staff member refused to credit our account. So I had to speak with another person who kindly acknowledged the error and the refund is in process, so I was told. Because we had this same issue at another Country Inn and Suites, it appears that it's a problem within their reservation/payment system. Be warned if you're using travel points! Explain everything thoroughly and show them your paperwork!
