  Muy bien todo Esperaba lo que encontre. Muy agil el check out Quizas seria bueno que haya aguas disponibles en la habitacion para el cafe El aire acondicionado, no pudle regularlo. Estaba en modo automatico

  Great stay

  The room was clean. I took sanitizing wipes and only used one on the floor and one in the shower and one in the sink area, all were clean. Nice room, clean and quite. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

  Horrible experience

  I can say this is definitely a 2 star hotel at best. The WiFi is terrible...and open. So if your room is at the ends of the hotel, forget getting any use of the WiFi because its not existent. The night staff claims if you move towards the middle it works...but who really knows..... We checked in..got room 301...and the room was dirty and two of the three lamps had no light bulbs. And the WiFi does NOT work from that room. We were told To work from the business center . Well we have. Two kids 4 and 5 with us so that was not an option. Hotel is very very run down and not maintained. Do NOT stay here. Spend 20.00 and go to the Rodeway Inn down the street . You will thank me later I promise

  No heat in the room

  When I got to my room is was very cold. I could not turn on the heat, so I called the desk, she asked if I was using the thermostat on the wall, I was not I did not notice it. But after trying the thermostat it didnt work. Called again and they sent someone to the room. He did some sort of reset. 2 hours passed and it still had not gotten to 70 degrees. I called again and the clerk was very rude. I told her it was barely blowing warm air and she said she only knows hot or cold. I said it was definitely not hot. She and a man came to my room and decided it was hot air. Laughed at me as I kicked them out of my room. I would not pay to stay there again.

  IT Worked for US

  We stayed for 3 days to attend a few events at a local college. The room was clean, the hotel was clean, the area was safe. My concerns were that the breakfast is not available, they will provide a bag with muffins or a danish and a yogurt. That doesn't work for gluten-free and dairy free people in the family. Also, some staff did not seem to care or respect the owner, and the customer. However, some staff were excellent. So it is a hit or miss depending on who is working.
